Malls like Four Seasons will always give me the warm and fuzzies of nostalgia. With the rise of online shopping, many are no longer mall goer's, Gen Alpha are practically aliens at the mall. Gone are the days when we used to kill time in Food Courts and browsing the aisles at Sam Goody and Tower of Records. We visited this mall while attending a basketball tournament. The team decided since we had a 3 hour window between our next game, we should stroll the mall, get our steps in. As loving teen parents, we agreed. This mall is very well kept. They offer a mix old and new stores. Hollister, American Eagle, Dillards, Victoria's Secret, PacSun. An oldie but goodie, JC Penney. A major issue for me during this visit, was the air conditioning. It's over 80 degrees in Greensboro, get the HVAC tech please. Aside from that, we had a lovely shopping experience. read more

The Four Seasons Town Centre is a mall in Greensboro, NC. It is near the Greensboro Coliseum and Koury Convention Center. There is plenty of parking at the mall. Four Seasons Town Centre is three stories with a lot of stores. The mall felt open with the three stories, and you could see the stores above. There were elevators and escalators to reach the other floors. The skulights allowed natural light inside. The mall was busier than I expected for a weekday. Dillards and JCPenney are the main anchors, and there are smaller stores like American Eagle and Bath and Body Works. I didn't see many empty storefronts, but I just stayed on the first level. The staff were incredibly friendly, particularly I would like to thank Mike, Asia, and Izzy for making me feel very welcome. The food was delicious and they got finished quickly! 3*= A OK This mall has 3 levels. Food court is on the top level with 10 ish restaurants. I did feel that a lot of the stores are repetitive. Not anything unique that made me want to walk inside and browse. A LOT of workers were on their phones, so It made me feel that they don't get much business on a Friday afternoon. Four Seasons Town Centre, or Four Seasons Mall as I best know it, isn't what it used to be. Such is the case for many shopping malls across America. Unlike the mall in my hometown, the now-shuttered Oak Hollow Mall in High Point, Four Seasons is still hanging in there. Somehow. Growing up in the Triad in the 80s and 90s, Four Seasons was the place to be, though our family preferred Hanes Mall in Winston-Salem in the mid-to-late 90s. I remember our family's preferred parking place was on the southeast side of the building. We'd almost always enter through Dillard's. At this point in my life, I don't remember all the stores I used to like here as a kid, but I'm pretty sure there weren't many and the ones that I did like were probably KB Toys (a.k.a. Kay Bee Toys), Babbage's, Software Etc. (Babbage's and Software Etc. later merged; this was well before GameStop existed), Foot Locker, Gap, and Spencer's Gifts. Today, only Spencer's remains. I do remember coming to the movie theater here to see The Hunt for Red October, released March 2, 1990, with my parents and falling asleep. In the 90s, I also liked going to the CompUSA located in the freestanding building on the southwest side of the mall. Finally, the mall is (or was) integrated with the adjacent Koury Convention Center (northwest side) which is where I went in high school to attend a college fair. Greensboro's Friendly Center (outdoor mall) and the large growth of retail along Wendover Avenue over the past 20-30 years are two big reasons for the decline of Four Seasons. Who knows what the future holds? A relic of the past, I hope Four Seasons finds a way to survive. I have good memories coming here not only with my immediate family and friends, but also with my grandparents, aunts, uncles, and cousins who visited from Thailand. read more

Mall was following COVID protocol well. There was a lot of people shopping, and the vibe was truly amazing, CONSIDERING we're in the middle of a pandemic. I love shopping and being able to go to shopping ( not an online shopper). This mall was well organized with cleaners, and people counting and keeping track of customers. Great job! read more

I love shopping here in Greensboro! My job held five major conferences in GBO each year at the Koury Center, and the mall food court was the best, most convenient place to eat. Shopping in the mall, with its great selection of stores, was ways the best part of the trip. The mall is very clean, brightly lit, has plenty of room even when crowded and a safe place to shop in the evening. One of the security guards, seeing my dismay at the unexpected downpour outside, once offered to watch my bags while I got my car and then kindly brought them out to me when I drove up to the door. Growing up, I've always been in and around this place. Wide variety of stores and places inside for hangouts and shopping. The mall is usually very clean and kept that way as well. With the distressful situations around the mall, they have increased security which gives security to their customers. Good place. Times has changed and more delinquents frequent the area. Shootings and personal problems have spilled here because of people's brittle ego. read more

Very dirty mall! I saw the biggest roach in the world. Security doesn't care about anything if only someone is going to kill somebody... but at the same time a lot of good stores and Round 1 was opened over there. But the only reason why I go to this mall is on the first floor! T-shirt station with professionals they can do everything what you want for very good money. read more

Bless their heart..they are hanging in there! This mall has been around a while, and it's been pretty much the same for a long time. There is a bowling alley addition, and It's pretty cool and fun. The mall itself has anchor stores such as Dillard's and JC Penney's. Both anchor stores and pretty nice by comparison. They do still have urban stores, and that's always cool. Overall, the mall could use a little updating but it serves its purpose in good ole Greensboro! read more

Most of the stores aren't name brand but just junk stores including a junk furniture store. Riffraff, riffraff and more riffraff. This mall used to be more and very nice. It's looking like Carolina Circle Mall before it closed its doors for good. read more

This would be the perfect place to film a sitcom pilot because none of the store names would have to be changed to protect copyrights. This mall is cluttered with former name brands that have closed up and independent owners have moved in behind them. Forever 21? They've got it, plus there is a Gen 19 in the former home of Abercrombie & Fitch. The anchor stores are pretty well known, but I'm not a big fan of Belk or JCPenney. Thankfully there is a Starbucks on the ground floor of this three story giant. On a side note, this is the first three story mall I've seen that was built on flat land, only allowing parking access on the first floor. Apparently there is a parking deck somewhere. I assume it's probably empty and a better options if you need to get in and out quickly. Short on cash? No worries because most stores offer free layaway (as pictured). read more

The four seasons town center has a decent set of stores inside. There are elevators for folks with baby strollers and a lot of escalators (one inside JCPenny store as well). The amphitheater is well decorated for winter and has Santa hearing children's wishes by the big Christmas tree. There is a small kids play area which I think should have been bigger and there should be more than one coz this one gets crowded at times. read more

Ehhhhhhhh.... NOT a fan of the Four Seasons Town Centre. This place definitely looks pretty dated. We also were not impressed with the store selections. The mall is decent in size but instead of covering more ground, this mall goes up... 3 stories. The problem here in lies that when you have a baby stroller and need to change levels, you are limited to the only 2 elevators in the middle area - which there are huge lines for, but of which today, one was out of order. So we decided to head into Dillard's to use their elevator... which was ALSO out of order. Seriously?!?!?!? I honestly would not care if I never had to stepped foot in this place again. Glad we live in Winston and have our own mall. read more

Dangerous and run by teens. I will never be back as I heard gun shots and then massive fighting broke. With anchor stores closing in droves there is no reason to risk your safety at this hellhole. Many stores have closed, security was so inept today, it was laughable. The food court had decent choices but was the central area for most of the beatings. We dropped in town for a few days. Three levels for shopping and not one store caught much of our interest. You're better off shopping at Dillard's, Broadway shoes, and Belk. The Belk was big but outdated. Macy's had a small shoe section. Tons of chinese/chinese-cajun entrees in the food court and big samples to give. The gyro eatery wasn't impressive and staff not friendly. I had way better and wished I ordered chinese-cajun instead. Beware of stalkers/regulars. read more

Four Seasons Town Center has always been an impressive mall. It has an upscale feel to it and has three levels to explore. I like that there is a US Post Office inside the mall. Since I usually stay nearby when I travel, it is convenient to find a post office there. I guess the economy has affected this place as well, since I noticed a few more closed storefronts than I had seen in the past. Even one of the anchor department stores has reduced its floor plan from 3 to 2 levels. I've always felt safe at Four Seasons, and appreciate that they keep the place up well. read more

My daughter made a food purchase in this mall, and she came out. She was eating it in the car while I was looking up directions to our next location when some flashlight rent a cop knocked on my window and asked when I was leaving. When I asked why I was told it was "safety" or "security" reasons? This is the dumbest garbage I have ever heard of. I was planning to send my daughter back in there to find the bubble tea place but we just left. Maybe I'm spoiled but there has NEVER been an issue with me waiting in the car at Hanes Mall in Winston-Salem. Avoid this place and take the trip to Winston. read more

Even after all these years, this mall is still exhaustingly huge to me; every time I'm here, I feel like I need to do stretch warm ups, and walk a cool down lap afterward. It's kinda nice to see it hasn't really decline as fast as everyone said, although certain hours on certain days, it does feel a bit somber; like the last safe refuge in a World War Z, and big enough to run for your lives from the oncoming zombie apocalypse... Okay, maybe my imagination took a wild turn, but when you have a mall this big, and a few hours to kill just walking around, daydreaming is pretty fun. Anyway, back on track here, there are still plenty good stores, including a pet store where I got my Terrier. Oh! Four Seasons also has one of the last remaining Hot Topic; they seems to disappearing from malls all across don't they? I've never been treated so terribly in a mall in my entire life! My girlfriend and I were Christmas shopping when all of a sudden we heard an announcement saying, " if you are not 21 or older or with anyone 21 then you must exit the mall now." So naturally we head to the entrance we came into. Not two minutes after the announcement, we were stopped by security and were told to leave, so we continued on our way to the entrance we came in and he said "no! You stay here until we can get another security guard to escort you out!" Once the security got there, he asked me how old was I and asked for my ID which has no right to ask for my ID being a rent-a-cop, so I told him no I'm 20 almost turning 21 and he said " Well you can stay but your girlfriend has to leave because she doesn't look old enough to be here!" Which she was! He eventually pointed to the nearest door and said we are kicking you out. Nevermind that we were a floor above and on the other side of the mall from where we parked. So I told him all of that and he still made us walk around the sketchy mall in the rain. I understand that the mall isn't the safest anymore, but I will definitely not be returning to this mall ever again. read more

This is a nice 3-leveled mall filled with your typical shops. What more can you expect from a mall? It's clean and well kept for the most part. There's always heavy traffic on the weekends. Parking is never an issue, there's plenty for everyone. The new H&M is a major upgrade to the mall! read more

I have been going to Four Seasons for the past 45 years. This mall has a remarkable way of mirroring Greensboro in advance from my view-in other words, it is a forward snapshot into the future. I watched it struggle in the 70's against Carolina Circle Mall to come out on top in the 80's and reach it's peak glory in the early 90's. Then something happened around 1998 that saw a rapid decline and by the early 2000's I went less and less as the better stores left the mall and the culture of the mall changed as did the people coming there. I did not feel safe and found the atmosphere not as friendly and welcoming and the smart and professional staff in most places seemed to have gone elsewhere. The mall still retains some of the good stores and I do on occasions return. Some recommendations if you go: 1) Bring a friend or family member with you. 2) Lock your car door and park in a clear view location. 3) Make note of security guards if you need help. read more

An incredibly underwhelming mall. It has all the regular chain/fast fashion stores, but even my love of Forever 21 won't get me to come here. Honestly, you'd be better off just making the drive to Durham. The mall itself isn't exactly the safest, with recent crimes occurring in the immediate area, and there are way better mall options 30 to 45 minutes away. I no longer live near this mall but I grew up about 45 mins from it. I used to love this mall, but like everyone else has said it is going down hill fast. I doubt I will return. I was in Greensboro and the family wanted to go to the mall for baskin robbins. We were on our way out when a fight breaks out near the elevator. I know this type of thing can and will happen anywhere, but the problem I have is with security. There was only one security guy trying to break it up when another guy that worked at a kiosk went to help. (Keep in mind the main security office is just down the hall.) While those two guys are trying to break up a four on two fight the rest of the security casually walked to the fight and didn't quite get there until it was basically under control. I understand that job probably doesn't pay well and not meant for everyone, so if not then maybe it is time to change jobs. Like I said the mall has gotten worse and I will not be returning when I have my kids with me. I now know why the friendly center is doing so well and that is where I will take my business from now on while in town. read more

I went to this mall while visiting my niece in a nearby college. To be an out of town patron I was pretty pleased. All of the stores you would usually expect a mall to have is located here, in addition to stores I've never heard of before. You can find everything from eyebrow threading, a mini massage spa, and a furniture store. Pretty convenient! The restrooms were under construction in the food court area, and looked a little grungy. The only thing I would recommend would be more of a food variety in the food court. read more
