They want to detail the car too!! Or they offer a cr*ppy touchless rippoff carwash! I thought to myself: This area needs to come to Detroit to learn what the heck a real-car-wash is!!! So I drive south and made some phone calls to other car wash's located in my TOM TOM...no one is answering!!! WOW!! Detroit answers the phones!! I thought to myself: What is wrong with this area? Does anybody take pride in having an outlet for swift and efficient business communication!? Customer Service? So anyway then I called this place! Awesome customer service. Happy to answer the phones. Very informative and clear spoken. I couldn't get there fast enough to give this great business some of my hard earned money! The workers here acted just like us CAR GUYS do in Detroit: They cared about the end result. I used to work at a car wash on the outskirts of Detroit for a year, and I took pride in my work, just like these guys do. Next time I travel to the Quad City area, I will make sure I patronize these proud, happy and hard working individuals.

Beware of using Mike's Transmission in Fulton. Took my wife's car there to have some diagnostics…read moredone on it cuz there was light on in the dash. Well, he said it could possibly be the battery so I told him to change it out. He had one of his guys change the battery, which his guy says took him 20 minutes, and he said it was "running like a dream" other than a whining noise from the front end. Well, his guy took it upon himself to put it up on the rack and do quite a bit of extra work, of which none was authorized. Only, after all of the extra work, was it put on a diagnostic machine for evaluation. I was then informed that they weren't exactly sure what was wrong but there was nothing they could do to fix it. So, for the low low price of almost $800, I am in the exact same boat as when I took it to him in the first place. I told him it was BS that he was charging me for basically nothing, so he reluctantly dropped the price down to $340. That's nearly $500 in extra charges for unauthorized "repairs" just to pad the bill. I'll never go back and recommend using caution if getting work done by him. I've seen news shows about this kind of stuff and it's bad. When I asked him for a detailed bill of all charges, he gives me a bill that says "General repairs and diagnostics". All I can say is I got scammed.

Got lulled in by the mostly positive review of the automatic wash cycles. But…read more I've tried out the self serve wash bay, and several things were lacking. For one, the pressure wand seems to be both active while not depressed, and very light on the output. For two, there's barely any foam on the foam brush. Two other tools were completely unusable. Ended up paying the same amount as full package automatic for a subpar wash. Not very good. Might be nicer if it had one of those air foamers tbh, but w/e. Gonna give this another look if I come across it again because I'm pretty sure it didn't even have any selector switch for soap/water/etc, but I might be misremembering. Come to think of it, is the air nozzle a "bring your own foamer" type of thing?? Unsure.

I paid $25 for a full service wash which was supposed to include exterior, interior, vacuum, windows and freshener. Needless to say all they did was a crappy vacuum of the carpets in the front and back, nothing else except run it through their wash and dry. When I brought it to their attention they told me that because it was an SUV it would cost more. I didn't even get the air freshener. There is still bug splat on the windows, dirty cup holder, sand in the gears. It all comes with travel, but hey that's why I was paying them?
