After that visit, I called the office to follow up and get pricing for the recommended services. I also called the manager, and he assured me he would be out within the next few days to take a look at my lawn and provide the pricing update I needed. However, it has now been almost three weeks, and I still haven't heard from him. I've called several times and left messages, but I have not received a return call. I was due for my next treatment in June, and it's now July. I still haven't heard from anyone. I'm not sure where the breakdown in communication occurred, but as a paying customer, I expected better service and follow-up. At no point was I rude or difficult--I simply had questions and concerns about my lawn and wanted to better understand the recommended services. Instead, I've been left without any updates or support. Because of this experience, I'll be looking for another lawn care company. I can't continue paying for services when I'm not receiving the level of communication and customer service I expect. I hope this feedback helps improve communication with future customers, because my experience with the Troy, Michigan location has been very disappointing.

From the moment you walk in, you can tell this isn't your average shop--it's full of personality and thoughtfully curated items you don't see everywhere else. They have an incredible selection of one-of-a-kind gifts, especially if you're into whimsical or artistic pieces. The fairy gardens alone are worth the visit--super detailed, creative, and perfect for adding a little magic to your space. Beyond that, there are beautiful planters, unique wind chimes with calming tones, eye-catching statues, and bird baths that can really elevate any yard or garden. What I also love is that they balance the fun, decorative side with practical essentials. You'll still find all the typical landscaping and yard maintenance supplies you need, so it's kind of a one-stop shop whether you're upgrading your outdoor space or just browsing for something special. The vibe is welcoming, and it's the kind of place you can wander through longer than you planned (in a good way). Definitely recommend stopping by if you want something unique or just need a little inspiration for your yard or home.

I was assured that this would not be an issue with Lush Lawns, and that your crews take care to properly clean and blow off all surfaces after application. Before the first treatment, I also confirmed this directly with the technician on-site, and he again assured me that everything would be properly cleaned. Unfortunately, after the application, I found fertilizer left on both my driveway and patio. Compounding the issue, it was raining, which increases the risk of staining and damage to these surfaces. This was particularly frustrating given that it was the exact concern I had raised multiple times prior to starting service.

Well, the majority of the plastic edging around the sidewalk has become exposed due to the freeze/thaw cycle. The installers did not use nearly enough long spikes to adequately secure the edging, nor did they plant the edging deep enough. Plus, there is a low spot on the walkway that doesn't drain and collects water and dirt. I contacted Green-Up, reported the problem, and they told me that I would have to dig up all the edging and reinstall it. Poor installation and POOR customer service. But most disappointing is the fact that they broke their word.
