From the moment I called them they kept in touch, first to thank me for calling, second to tell me who would be coming to my home and third when they were en-route to my home. Talk about awesome customer service-- SUPERIOR!! The technician (owner) figured out the problem and got me cooled in no time flat all within a few hours. Thanked me again for my business. Have been without AC for 6 days now this is a welcome relief. Never have had repairs accomplished so fast! Do I need to mention again how impressed I am? I have found a keeper! THANK YOU!!!

Loved it worked wonderfully for five years. Quit working a couple of weeks ago. was well over 100 then. He installed it figured we were good for him to repair it UH NOT! He is in a major fight with Trane co. so he won't deal with them. So he orders a new compressor from some flim flam company. Trane had 6 in stock. Now you should know this is still under warranty. The other company can't have the compressor for a week. They wanted $950 for the compressor+ freight. Needless to say this didn't end well. Ended up hiring another company to finish it correctly. In his defense he did return the compressor Money. But we paid twice to get this resolved.

Wish I checked Yelp Prior to contacting this Five Star. I won't go into details except to say ... please avoid these people, they are not trustworthy or honest. If you choose to hire them, you may "pay the price" in extra phony hours billed, extra materials billed etc. Like a dishonest car dealership, they give you and INSANE bill at the end of the joy, then try to get you to negotiate a lower number. If you don't go along with their game, they may go to your electrical circuit breaker box and kill power to your house like some kind of gangsters. They cut power to our 20x20 space, killing electricity to the hot water in our house, cutting power to our refrigerator, our lights, garage door, and irrigation system by removing the breakers - yes taking our breakers with them when they left. We were closer to calling the police, than our lawyer. By the next day, we called both the police AND our lawyer. These people are dishonest and unscrupulous. YMMV, but I doubt it.

The following day (Friday), they applied Lucas 8000 silicone and let it dry over the weekend. Without hesitation, I would recommend James Papez Construction LLC to anyone needing their roof repaired or replaced at a reasonable cost.
