This place has been in D-town for decades and the equipment looks it, too. Awful. We need a good, NEW, car wash in Dtown. This place is just not good. The scrubbers are caked in filth. Do NOT go here. We, reluctantly, use Kidd Glove - but that one sucks as well. It just sucks less. Avoid "Panda Wash". Avoid 4 Seasons. Get a local high school kid to wash your car maybe?? I want to express my thoughts on you policy regarding coupons. As I used your service I would purchase coupons for future car washes. Although you hard "Up selled" I didnt mind. I acquired quite a few coupons over time. These coupons were for car washes, they were not vouchers towards car washes. It is my understanding that you have been charging additional for customers saying that your price has gone up. As I stated, I purchased car washes not vouchers. This place f**king sucks. I am extremely upset and angry at the service I received yesterday (Tuesday-5/18). I paid $25 for a Blue Coral Clear Coat Works Wash that includes a vacuum, interior wipe down, tire shine and all. NOTHING was done. There was zero vacuuming, nothing was wiped down inside, and certainly nothing on the tires. The car hardly looked washed. I went home and had to clean things myself. $25 for NOTHING! This is the worst car wash. The one in New Hope as well. $25 for full service. All they do is vacuum, and clean the mats. Nothing was wiped down I had to ask for a rag to clean. Also the mags/wheels where not clean at all. Don't go here just do it yourself. read more

This was really poor car washing. Not only that, but when I walked out to my car after realizing it was just sitting there with the door open, the guy was standing in the corner texting. I asked him if he wa done and he said yes. Back wasn't finished. Mat was still in seat, unvacuumed. Spots all over exterior. My husband actually asked if the exterior was washed. I used this car wash in the past and they were great. I went this morning and they did a terrible job. Dashboard, doors, entire interior of the car was not wiped down. Tire rims were still so dirty. I paid for their most expensive package. I attempted to contact them on their website and when I went to send the email, it said page not found. Paid $28 for the works. Inside floor vacuumed, inside windshield not done, but side windows were. Cloth seats not vacuumed, dash not touched, guy drying the car did nothing but the top of the trunk and half the hood. When I asked if I could borrow the rag. He said sure and he is sorry, but it's hot and he is just trying to make it through the day. Used to buy the coupon books for myself and family, but they got so sloppy, I stopped. About three weeks ago asked for the "full service" car wash and had to add a service to have the undercarriage washed. I had a promotional coupon for $10 ($13 total I think) which was the only saving grace that I didn't pay $17+ extra for undercarriage. The car was still dirty on the driver side rear panel and rear bumper and the "overwhelmed" staff did not wipe down the car with any effort nor did the dry the mirrors. Just had my car detailed which was around $200 and it was the worst detail job I've ever had done. They didn't clean the sun roof glass at all. The seats still had some dirt on them. They didn't clean any of the leather and I keep my car pretty clean so it wasn't a hard job but when they called me 2 hours later saying it was ready and then I had a feeling they didn't "detail" it. This place use to be really good 7 years ago but I guess they got new management and to put it nicely things went down hill quick. My windshield isn't even clean it still have dirt on a third of it. They didn't polish the things they should have, there is still dust is spots that I could clean with my finger. I didn't have much faith in them due to their reputation now but thought I'd give them a one last chance and of course they did horrible. They gave me a basic car wash for $200. I've had detailing jobs done before and made my car look new but these guys barely did a basic car wash. For $200 I'd expect it to look new. Like I said it wasn't even that dirty to begin with so their is no excuse to be that lazy. Stay away from this car wash there a plenty of better options. read more

I like this place but I have a few complaints. They never wipe down the interior. You have to pay $5 for armoral to get it done, and it's still not done right. Today, was the worse service. The attendants were not busy. One guy was working, the other wasn't. No sense of urgency whatsoever. One customer got tired and left. Vacuum was done poorly and they never clean the interior plastic trimming. read more

Waiting for my coupon pack to run out. Not worth a $25 car wash ( I paid $18 for each ). Everything is just half way done. Streaky windows, car not fully dry and they never do my wheels until I ask them. That's part of the $25 wash. Every time I go I have to ask them to do something. The first time I went there, the exterior wash was great. The second time I asked for an interior cleaning and I was really disappointed to the point of thinking that it was totally unbelievable. They hadn't cleaned the cookie crumbs out of a cup holder, plus the floor on the driver side was not well cleaned. When I asked them about the crumbs, they said I had to ask them to clean out the crumbs, that it doesn't come with the basic interior cleaning. That I need a different (more expensive) package for them to clean out the crumbs without my asking. read more

FYI....if you drive a vehicle with manual transmission, I'd suggest NOT using the car wash on South Main Street in Doylestown. Took my car there yesterday morning and the person who "drove" my car out to be dried, did NOT know how to properly put my car in gear! After twice whistling loudly to him to stop and let me drive it out, he asked if it was in park (manual transmissions don't have a "park" gear).....and he had failed to pull up the parking brake. As he got out, the car lunged into reverse! I told him to pull up the parking brake and get out of the car. He claimed that this was the 2nd time he had driven my car. I went inside to speak with the manager, but he was not there. The woman at the cash register said she'd tell him. Needless to say, I'll think twice before using this car wash again, or will insist that I drive through myself! Frustrating and completely unnecessary! Has anyone else had similar experiences? Maybe not many people still drive a stick shift! I'm not trying to stir up trouble, just warning those who drive cars with a stick shift to look elsewhere for a car wash! read more

I admit, my car was a a bit of a mess, but not unworthy of a $195 challenge for a level 3 Detail. The vehicle went in bare bones, there was no trash, etc for them to clean. Yet, there were many "details" left undone -- eg -- the jambs of the doors were untouched -- if they opened the doors they would have seen these areas; a final vacuum might have helped with some stray dog hairs which in several areas were left in clumps; they didn't lower the windows, so the edges of the windows were left undone as well as the oils were smudged on edges of windows. The car was also literally dripping with the oils they use. Although I was amazed at the "first look" of clean, $200 bucks should have shown a more flawless job. What was I going to do, complain and wait for a redo? The foreign workers looked wiped out on a hot day where my car was the only job that day -- I was told they were "slow" and 3 guys worked on my car at once-- THREE (no need to compound on that). I think I can find better at a much lower ticket. Sorry. read more
