This is by far the worst service I have received from hotel staff in a long time and to be a Marriot Bonvoy member and have stayed at Four Points hotels in the past, I'm appalled at the treatment and service I received during my 5 day stay. No housekeeping for the entire stay even after I talked to the front desk staff. I'm not one to leave negative reviews but this one I have to. On day for the front desk worker, Ashley. Had to bring a cat of supplies, towels and sheets and blankets to my room. My girlfriend is doing the housekeeping, meaning, she is making the bed and sticking the towels and coffee and such. I need to be made whole fit this one.

don't ever stay here. It is not clean. we switched rooms twice and some of our teammates more than that. and still, gross!

This hotel is famous for George Bush staying here during his visit to Saginaw..... Gosh hope that doesn't detour you! Hahaha Its a very clean hotel and attatched is Damons Grill, wich is alright! There's a good complimentary breakfast also in Damons. If you want to take coffe to go ask for a cup with a lid.

I recently visited the hotel and the hotel suite was not update by any means! Stay away from the 6th floor!!! I was very disappointed. First, I was given the wrong room; in addition to, the requested towels and pillows were not in the room. I called down and spoke with Olivia, the front desk clerk and she could not assist with the room but bought up the requested towels and pillows. That we checked into the hotel at 3am on a Saturday, I had to wait to speak to Jarod Benjamin. Jarod Benjamin is the front desk supervisor. He did not care nor offer to fix the problem with the wrong rooms. He advised the hotel only had three rooms that had a large shower in it and those rooms were booked. He blamed Marriott's customer service for the mistake but the customer service rep called the hotel before booking my room...WHICH MEANS it was the hotel rep that provided the customer service rep with the WRONG ROOM. Which, I explained that to Jarod Benjamin but again, he did not care nor offer a remedy. The same night, the heat went out in the room and once again, Olivia came to the room to attempt to fix the heat but was not able to fix it. Whatever she did, it caused the fan to blow cold air. Once again, we were not offered another room. My husband asked Olivia and she was unable to answer that question but offered a space heater. NOW, what hotel has space heaters readily available???!!! I asked and she stated the space heater was for the back office. The day I left I asked for a late check out and I was only granted 30 mins from Jarod Benjamin. I advised Jarod Benjamin of how awful the stay was but once again...he did not give a shit. He only asked me to not use his last name in the review and advised me of how I will be charged after the 30 mins. I hung up on him and immediately called Marriott's customer service and opened up a case. Now, after all the above...the toilet paper dispenser broke, the downs pillow needs to be replace due to the feathers coming out, there was hair in the bed and hair in shower which was in my complaint. At the end of all this, the hotel closed the case and did NOTHING to resolve this horrible stay. ONCE AGAIN, THE HOTEL DID NOTHING..THE MANAGEMENT COMPANY, Lodgco Management DID NOTHING. Marriott themselves did give me 8000 points but as I explained to Kim, the Marriott customer service rep that was not what I was asking for but I am appreciative. I paid over $400 for this horrible service and thinking about calling my credit card regarding this as well.

Nice hotel and newly renovated. We usually stay here a few times a year when visiting. Good location and would definitely recommend.

I choose Hilton properties for a reason -- consistency, reliability, and good service. This hotel delivered none of that. On November 8, the hotel's entire hot water system failed. Annoying, but things happen. The night front desk agent told me there was no information and no timeframe on when it would be repaired. Fine -- I said I'd check again in the morning before switching hotels. The next afternoon on November 9, I called the front desk again. The woman who answered told me the problem still wasn't fixed and "probably wouldn't be all weekend." When I mentioned what the night clerk had told me, she said "That's not true -- he should have told you it will be out all weekend" Then I said, reasonably, that I would likely need to check out since they still had no hot water -- a basic expectation for any hotel, let alone a Hilton. Her immediate response? "Well, you're not getting a refund." Mind you -- I hadn't even asked for one. When I asked if this is really how they treat Diamond members, she said it didn't matter. Let me be clear: the lack of hot water was bad enough, but the attitude, dismissiveness, and complete lack of professionalism from the front desk was far worse. No apology, no empathy, no attempt to make things right -- just a defensive and rude employee doubling down on bad service. I had planned to stay here 16 days a month for the next 4+ months for business. Now? Absolutely not. I've already canceled future stays and will be taking my business -- and my loyalty to the Home2 suites there in Saginaw Hilton should be embarrassed by how this property represents their brand. If this is how they treat their most loyal guests, I can't imagine how they treat everyone else. Avoid this place. Hilton has plenty of better options.

Our 12yo said sofa sleeper was better (more comfortable) than other places, and had no complaints. Breakfast was better quality with some nicer offerings and variety (egg bites and chicken fillets) that I didn't expect. Very clean and newer throughout. We didn't try the pool. At check in, you are asked to sign an acknowledgment of quiet hours (start at 10pm) and hotel has right to remove you w no refund if you are running around, door slamming, shouting, etc. I think this "no tolerance" policy set a clear expectation and everyone got more of the rest they needed because of it, even while a large number of middle school kids were staying there for a sports event. We were impressed and would definitely stay again.

I would like to thank the staff for the experience of staying in sleep ees inn in Saginaw what Michigan... So thank you for the the experience to the staff!! When we go back up to visit our family up there. We will use it again... The beds are very comfortable the room was clean and everything was just so nice the room it's not like one of the bigger fancier places to stay. But it had all the amenities that we needed and it was very very nice. The beds were very comfortable and very easy to sleep so we highly recommend this inn to stay at...

There were bugs in our room! We stayed here for convenience…read moreto be closer to where our family was also staying. I was not expecting an extravagant place but at least a clean room. Our first room had dead bugs and big ants crawling around the AC unit and the corner of the room. There were stains on the bed duvet and mattress and also on the walls. We asked to switch rooms but was told they were completely booked. The next morning, I saw people checking out so I asked again if it would be possible to switch rooms and they were able to switch us. The new room also had dead bugs by the AC unit which I showed the front desk. They asked the house keeper to vacuum it up (which she gave me dirty looks for the rest of the trip). This room was slightly better (cleaner) than the last one. I stayed 2 more nights and proceeded to kill more big ants and pill bugs inside the room. Please note: We did not have food or drinks in the room or eat anything in the room. I even made my family eat their snacks in the lobby. I'm done with this place. Never again. Other mentions: they have a pool and serve complimentary breakfast.

So the dryer we ran twice full cycles and the clothes were still very wet. I let the front desk know that the machines weren't working very well, and they immediately insisted and taking our clothes and putting it in their large dryer behind the front desk. That was a lifesaver for us since we are traveling by vehicle all the way back to Boise, Idaho. We could've easily went to a laundromat to put our wet clothes in, but your team went above and beyond for us and we thank them for that. The room was great. The hotel staff was amazing. The breakfast was on point. You just need new washer and dryers if you're going to present that as an amenity. Thank you!

This is a non smoking facility and when we smelled pot in our room I immediately went to the front desk where I was told that unfortunately people do that. The room is to be freshened daily. Did not happen. When confronted at front desk they had checked off that it had been done. Manager came to room to check and said yep it didn't appear done. He will check in to it. Third morning no coffee or cream and sugar was supplied although there was a coffee pot. When I approached the front desk the answer was they don't supply coffee and creamer with the coffee pot supplied in room. When checking out I was told due to prepaying thru a third party there was nothing to be done and I must have misunderstood. How this place stays in business I DO NOT KNOW. I hope someone with authority sees this and corrects the many problems here. How unfortunate.

Also, the fitted sheet wouldn't stay on...exposing the bare mattress--weird. - Many of the outlets did not work or were loose. - Pullout couch was rock hard. Ended up not using it. - Coffee was EXTRA WEAK in both the lobby and the breakfast nook. - Breakfast was a disappointment. :/ Will not return.

I had a half reuben and onion rings, the portions are very nice. I really liked the decor, the tartan plaid wall covering, the custom coasters and glassware was a nice touch. If you are ever in the old town area of Saginaw do yourself a favor and give the Scottish Inn a try, I promise you won't regret it!

Furthermore, I love good old school bars (dark, lots of locals, and history). The Scottish Inn is a place where a person could hang around for a very long time. The light is dim, the walls are covered in Scottish Tartan, the drinks are strong, and the prices are low. I tried to order a PBR draft, but none of the draft taps were working at that point, so I decided on a Labatt's bottle. I was a bit peckish, so I ordered an Olive Burger and onion rings. The burger was delicious, perfectly cooked, and loaded with chopped olives and Swiss cheese. This would be a place that I would come back to, when the draft taps were working, and I had more time to sit back and relax.

From start to finish, the entire team was kind, professional, and committed to making our stay as enjoyable as possible--even when there were a few noisy guests, they handled everything with care and consideration. The breakfast layout was excellent, and the kitchen staff was friendly and attentive. A special shoutout to Jessica, who cleaned our room on multiple occasions--she was truly wonderful and made us feel well taken care of. Big thanks to the entire team for their hospitality. We got to the hotel, and the woman at the desk could not verify my payment because she was having a problem accessing bookings system. The manager was not in so she said that they would charge me and she would sort it out with the manager the next day. It is now June 2024. I have called many times and spoken to many people and nothing is resolved. I recieved an email from the General manager in Feb. saying they were sorting it out and it had happened to a few people. I guess since then they have gone through 5 different GMs and i have not heard anything from any of them or any followups from any of the people I spoke to (even though they all swear they would call me the next day.) I am just astounded that I can not get a refund when I have proof of having paid twice; the last guy said he could see where I paid twice!! I just don't understand and am feeling taken advantage of and ripped off. I will certainly not be staying at any of these hotels again if this is how they prioritize their customers. It isn't like I had an extra 200 just laying around.
