    I am updating my review, because my hubby told me that the door was opened when he came back upstairs. So, when the cleaning lady opened my door with the do not disturb card still on the outside handle, she opened the door, and left it open. That could have been a dangerous situation if a stranger would have came into my room during that time. I hope management tells their staff to leave people alone when they offer a do not disturb card option, because it wasn't checkout time yet. Just wanted to leave this comment here as constructive criticism.

    Everything about the hotel is sloppy ! I had the worst experience here and however I honestly wasn't even a guest , it was a nightmare of a hiring process I got the job and started within 2 days of being left a voicemail. Alijah the assistant manager was the spokesperson for the property and was so disrespectful and ignorant I never had been more disgusted in my life of a person and let me explain why during my brief time of training he constantly ignored and overtalked me it abnormally common for him to just cut me off . I remained respectful and professional but it wasn't reciprocated at all , I clocked out and spoke to him and the Front Desk manager nothing was explained or thought out I had to do his job and ask about my schedule and onboarding paperwork/welcome email then I get told that he'll just text it to me when in all my years of hospitality I've never joined a hotel that didn't have everything set up before hand . I waited on my email for my login and welcome letter instead I received a text message at 1 am in the morning at unusual business hours stating I was terminated for unspecified reason meanwhile he saw and trained me in person and didn't wait until after midnight to terminate me in the most cowardly way. The only reason i got was it wasn't going to work out because he was specifically looking for the "right DNA" which is absolutely insane and ridiculous . I recorded every phone call and have screenshots of him texting me at disrespectful hours of the night and constantly pushing back my clock in time and me repeatedly asking for things that should have been taken care of prior to me joining. The biggest red flag to me is that if he treated an employee like that someone who was part of the team I loath to see how guests get treated because he really makes the Marriott brand look ugly , he is definitely not a good look for the brand and is single handed lowering their standards . I actually am speechless that at his grown age this is how he conducted himself im so embarrassed for him and the property all I have to say is do better 4 points because your making Marriott look like a circus and they are too luxurious to be associated with this it's a shame !

    We arrived on a Wednesday at 1 pm, we decided to try our luck for an early check in. Unfortunately,…read morethe front desk agent informed us that our room was not ready yet. She was really nice, so big deal since check in is actually at 3. We decided to grab lunch nearby and drive around to a few stores to get drinks and other things we'd need for our stay until Sunday. When we got back, it was 3 pm, we were checked in and on our way to the room. We stayed in room 406, we took the elevator to get our luggage up, but the elevator is all the way around the back corner of the first floor. It's kind of strange. For the rest of our stay, we just used the stairwell as it leads right down to the front desk/breakfast area, and the side and back doors. There's lots of parking and a McDonalds, Burger King, and gas station right in the same lot. Also, you're conveniently located near the freeway and lots of restaurant options! When we got to our room, it was clean and spacious. You have sheer and blackout curtains in both the living room and the bedroom. I loved that they had a ceiling fan. My husband likes to keep things warmer and one night I was so hot, that the fan saved me from feeling like I woke up in Hell. The room also has a full-sized fridge, mini stovetop, and dishwasher. Equipped with dishes, pots, pans, utensils , teas/coffee, & Keurig! The snack lady Marisol arrived shortly after we got into our room, and gave us snacks and drinks. This was a great touch! She came back over the next few days to restock us on whatever we needed (Snickers, Hersheys, granola bars, fruit snacks, nut and berry mix, chips, water, sodas, orange juice). You won't need to go grab little snacks at all! We loved this and were super appreciative for the convenience. The housekeeper checked in on us and provided towels and trash removal as requested. They have two little bins near the desk for trash and recyclable items, I liked that they offered this, as I'm a big recycler at home. There's a sweet man who was cleaning the general restrooms downstairs and he did an excellent job, they were always clean and smelled great! They even have feminine products in the event you need them. Loved the cloth hand towels as opposed to paper towels. We checked out the Wednesday night wine social. There were a few people down there, mostly families. They had a few bottles of affordable wine and snacks. It was a cute touch. The next morning I went to check out the breakfast (my husband stayed behind because most hotel breakfasts aren't very impressive.) I text him, "The bacon is crispy the way you like it and the eggs are fluffy!" He ended up going to breakfast every morning after that! There's a waffle maker, oatmeal, cereal (even almond milk!) On some days there's biscuits and gravy, some days tater tots. Bananas and apples, coffees, orange, cranberry, and apple juice. Pastries, fruit... really great options. The ladies cooking were really friendly, too. In fact, I can't say I encountered a single employee who was not friendly and that is a huge determining factor on how well your stay goes. Our stay was in December, so we didn't have a chance to check out the pool, but we did check-out a basketball and shot a few hoops. Didn't check out the fitness room either, but it's there! There's also a conference room and computer room with a table, saw a family down there one morning, so it's definitely being utilized. They even have a little shop next to the Front Desk with more drink options, snacks, and essentials. My husband needed some DayQuil and cough drops, so it was convenient to have in the hotel. I gave it 4-stars because the furniture is a bit outdated and our sofa was stained. I really wish hotels would opt for wipeable furniture. Cloth headboards and sofas give me the heebeegeebees because you never know what has been secreted, deposited, and soaked up in fabric. Though the hotel itself is generally quiet, I'm unsure if it's soundproofed very well. We would often hear conversations and kids (maybe they were just loud talkers?) But it was never so bad that it disrupted us. Overall, we truly enjoyed staying here. The convenience of the location, the amenities, the friendly staff outweighs the minor dated furniture. We'll definitely be back!

They offer self park for $23 a night (May 2026) or valet for $45. We did self park. The lobby is very attractive and melds into the lounge area. We were greeted immediately at check in and the process was very easy. In terms of the room, our room (two queen beds) was definitely on the small size. It was functional but certainly one of the smallest rooms I have experienced in Dallas. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The room was clean and the carpet was not stained. The shower had a very strong water flow and was a sufficient size for one person. Overall, it is a very nice hotel. There is lounge and restaurant. The pool was supposed to be heated but in May the water was cold. The pool area has a small bar but beer options are quite limited. The best thing about the hotel is its excellent location. You are literally steps from Legacy West with the row of seemingly endless eating and shopping options. Having parked in the hotel lot, there was no need to drive and fight for scarce parking along the street. The reason for 4 stars is that at night we could hear loud music. I am guessing it came from a nearby bar or restaurant. The noise was loud enough to notice but not so obnoxiously loud as to prevent sleep. Still, the preference would be for quiet.

They charged as though you're at a high end buffet, and it was such a rip off. Salty dried up and cold food is what you'll get to eat. It's also missing classic Thanksgiving fare. There was nothing but a layer of soup on the bottom of the pot, and the waiter said he wouldn't refill it unless I really wanted it! I paid for the buffet, not for empty plates. They weren't refilling the food, and though our ticket was 12:45-2:15 pm, most of the food was eaten/empty/not refilled. Ugly, unappealing, and really kind of gross. It also makes you wonder how they get away with what they're charging??? And don't even get me started on the attitude of the serving staff who were hard to find and ultimately condescending, not to mention rude (except the omelette guy). Anything you make at home will be better!

So far, I've had to initiate all contact in an attempt to arrange birthday balloons or décor to be placed in the room for my husband's 58th birthday. Unfortunately, there appears to be no concierge service available. I was informed that the hotel could arrange either a cake or alcohol to be placed in the room--nothing beyond that. When I asked for a simple referral to a local florist or balloon service that could assist, I was told they could not provide any recommendations. I am located two hours away and am unfamiliar with local vendors near this property. The primary reason I chose this hotel was because my husband is a lifelong Dallas Cowboys fan, and I wanted to make this a memorable 24-hour stay for him. At this point, that experience has already been diminished. While Omni's pricing reflects a concierge-level experience, the front desk interaction did not. The staff member I spoke with was unwilling to offer even basic assistance--such as providing the name or phone number of a local business that could deliver balloons to the hotel. I am starting this review at a five-star rating based on past positive experiences with Omni properties. However, this Texas location has been disappointing so far due to its lack of customer service and the absence of even minimal concierge support. America has allowed businesses to take our money and give as little effort in return. Seriously just under $500 for one night and no concierge. I stay home for a reason.

The hotel kept pushing back on contract decision already agreed on and signed off on. We had difficulty getting someone to come and open doors despite having instructions on time frames we needed rooms. One of the rooms we had till midnight one day, was taken over by cleaning crew almost 2 hours before we were even supposed to be out. We had a room near the lobby and outside people kept coming in, I had to tell 3 different people, in which the last person saw it first hand and handled it luckily but things just weren't done in a timely fashion. Now to talk about the room... let me just say, it's clean, it has everything you need for a stay but it is not a wow factor, nor does it impress you. For the amount of money you are spending per night at the this place, you at least expect some decent tv service. The shower has 1 sliding door that honestly does nothing to stop the water from splashing out onto the tile. The lamps in my room closest to the beds didn't even work. The closet wouldn't fully close which made the light stay on. And the toilet required you to flush several times just to get the toilet paper to go down. The room service is on very limited hours, but in top of that the restaurant has very limited and just ok meals. Overall just not impressed with this place whatsoever.

I liked the shower glass doors and roomy space with the Zero products - my hair looked great using it. The interiors were really well tight out and impressive. The rooms had everything you need for long term stay. My only suggestion is that the linens be cleaned better. They smelled like they weren't washed with soap. I thought it was just my first room didn't get cleaned so they moved us but then the second, although not as bad still had that not so fresh smell to the bedding. I ended up getting my own linens and that helped me sleep much better. I did enjoy the bed, it was firm but not hard with some nice plush to it. I'm not a fan of microfiber fabric either. Although soft, it feels like wet socks so they need to switch to a nice parcel cotton or other nice quality. I'm not docking points though because everything else was so great. I like the sugar free syrup and the mango water. Two things I've never had.
