If there was a way to give 0 stars, I would. I was confused by the online ticketing system they…read morehave for a past show when the ticket said it was for "Table C3". I assumed I purchased the whole table, as it didn't say anything about the ticket being for a single admission or being for 1 seat at Table C3. I messaged them on Facebook a month prior trying to find clarification and was not responded to. When I arrived and was told it was for a single ticket and the show was sold out to talk to the front desk, the desk seemed annoyed and unwilling to help, but said they wouldn't be able to resolve it until everyone was sat for the show. We waited 45 minutes without updates before I asked for a refund. I was told only the ticketing site could provide a refund. I emailed the ticketing site and they said that the event organizers disabled refunds. I emailed Austin's and they said that it's my fault so they won't refund me. I get that it's my misunderstanding, but I did try and reach out prior without any response and the ticketing website provided no explanation. I've never been to an Austin's event before and hadn't had to buy tickets. I'd never bought tickets before where one seat said "table C3" instead of seat 1. Very disappointed. Will never be going back.

If you want to eat grilled food with your favorite drink on the lake, go to Famous Freddie's. If…read moreyou want to dance the night away, also go to Famous Freddie's. I've gone during the day and at night and I love the environment during both. During the day is when you really get to enjoy that it's on the lake. The outdoor seating is so nice and there's also a large covered bar outside if you need more shade. Waitresses will take your drink orders, but you do have to go inside to order food. They have the order numbers on display outside too though so you can go back to your table and wait instead of standing inside. My seasoned vet friends told me I had to try the kabobs and definitively, I will never not order the kabob when I'm here. Also the shrimp with cocktail sauce are the perfect lake day bite and they'll give those to you as soon as you order. The vibe definitely shifts at night and is a much younger crowd with everyone hanging out upstairs either at the bar or on the dance floor. The DJ always plays good music that you just want to sing along to, but the nights can be hit or miss as far as it being packed or not. Either way it's always fun. Everyone on staff is pretty helpful and they add to the fun. The vibes are just right. Price wise, you may spend $20+ a person for food but it's great quality and sooo good. The drink prices are pretty normal for the area/being on the lake. The last time I went on a Sunday there were some ambassadors that were giving out drink samples too so even if you feel like drinks are pricey, you might catch a break by getting a chance to try a drink or two. Freddie's also owns the Airbnbs next door so you can rent those out and spend the whole weekend out here.

I am not the late night club customer. Food is consistently 3 star. That isn't a discredit to them, it is what their menu is. The preparation is consistent. The bartender/ wait staff service on the other hand ranges from a sub zero to 5 star. If you want miserable service, show up between 4:45pm and 5:15pm on a Friday during "shift change" of the bartenders at the outside bar (an odd time to change over all the bartenders). Pre 4:45 generally great service at the bar. Post 5:00..hit or miss. Away from the bar outside, totally hit or miss (not because of lack of staffing). Inside, consistently top notch.

I guess I was expecting an older "house" since that's what it looks like. The bar area is a nice size - not too big or small. Alot of TVs in all directions. This place has more TVs per square yard than dedicated sports bars. Even a 2 person high top table in a little nook had their own TV! The waitstaff consists of 1 bartender and 1 waitress. Service was ver friendly and attentive when they were able to come to your table. As you can expect, when it filled up, they were hard to find. Drinks came at us quickly when ordered. Food is somewhat varied. It all fit on front and back of a long menu. Artichoke dip was great. Plenty of pita like bread. Main courses came to us quickly. I had a mushroom swiss burger and tator tots. Both tasted great! Pizza was completely finished. The shrimp appetizer was big enough for a small meal. It took a while to find the waitress to get the check and there is a service fee. All in all, it's a neat place to watch a game.
