All of the elements of the room pointed to relaxation. I was allowed 5 minutes to prepare myself, then a knock at the door announced my massage therapist, Sophia. She entered the room and made sure I was comfortabl, then got right to work. I did not tell anyone what prompted my visit ( a sore right shoulder and neck) and Sophia just began a gentle warm up massage. As she moved around on my back, she honed in on my trouble spots without me even telling here. She worked out a knot that was pretty substantial and wouldn't quit til it was resolved.
