All of the elements of the room pointed to relaxation. I was allowed 5 minutes to prepare myself, then a knock at the door announced my massage therapist, Sophia. She entered the room and made sure I was comfortabl, then got right to work. I did not tell anyone what prompted my visit ( a sore right shoulder and neck) and Sophia just began a gentle warm up massage. As she moved around on my back, she honed in on my trouble spots without me even telling here. She worked out a knot that was pretty substantial and wouldn't quit til it was resolved. I'm a big guy, she is a small Asian woman. Don't let that fool you. She had amazing hand strength when needed, but also the gentle soothing touch too. Look, I've been to many spas and had many massages. This one was the most satisfying. She made sure I was flexible again before I was done. The hot towels, soft lights, mood music, and cleanliness were all appreciated. But the professionalism and overall effort rose above all others. Want to feel great again? Book Sophia!
