This liquor store has great selections. We came to prepare for a graduation party and the manager was very helpful. We were looking for a specific wine. We didn't have a picture, we didn't know the name, the only thing we could do was describe it. And don't you know he pointed us in the right direction and we found it. Yay. This store also has a few beers I'm unable to find at other liquor stores. AND, you can purchase one beer. Yes, just one so you can try it out. I like that because usually only the bigger liquor stores give you that option. You can also become a 'member' to get points that lead to discounts. Love this space and the variety it has. Also appreciate the tastings and other events they have monthly. If I am looking for a particular bottle I know I will find it here and where other spirit stores outside of total wine are usually slacking with it comes to mixers and drink accoutrement Foundry Row has all the things you need to make a good cocktail from start to finish. Another great addition to Foundry Row. This store is stocked with a variety of wines and champagne. Make sure to sign up for their loyalty card program (1000 points = $25 in store credit that never expire). They also have weekly wine and beer tastings, most free of charge. Great neighborhood store. I have been coming here for a little while now. This is a great addition to the other foundry row stores. If you are a lover of craft beer and any other hard to find alcoholic beverages this place is for you. The staff are all friendly and very knowledgeable. They do fill growlers here so if you have one bring it on by. Even if you don't have one stop in because they do sell them. It's the perfect place to pick up something for a party. If you are unsure what you like I would recommend stopping in for one of their tastings. I believe they do beer tastings Fridays from 5-7 and wind tastings on Saturdays from 2-5. If you miss the Friday tastings don't worry because they do offer same tastes in the back of the store. They offer "crowlers" which are 22oz cans they they fill with what they happen to have on tap. If there is something hard to find and they don't have it they are more than happy to order it for you. A great place and I will always stop in when ever I come to foundry row. read more

I am an African American military veteran that was looking for some beverages for a post funeral function. Upon entering the establishment, other patrons were greeted upon entering and asked if they needed assistance. Myself and my brother were not greeted like everyone else, it felt like we were an inconvenience to the establishment. I hope this business takes all of their customers and treats them the same regardless of skin color. Not the experience I was expecting from being out of town and a veteran. They literally STOLE my money. Usually had good experiences here. They accidentally charged my credit card twice for the same transaction. The cashier told me the first charge would be voided, and it was not. When I called to ask them about it, they told me there "was nothing they could do at the store level". So I had to have my bank take care of it. read more

I have been here a few times. All times when I wasn't sure of which kind of wine to buy. The staff is always very helpful, which is a plus for someone who needs help with wine choices. Each time I have been impressed and my company with the selection that I chose. So kudos for that. They have a frequent shoppers program, offer tastings and have sales and a wall of wines under a certain price. (perfect to try what you like until you get it right) read more

This place was pretty amazing. So you get like a bonus/reward card here. The more you spend on your spirits you are eligible to get free drinks. How awesome is that? That is the only Liquor/spirit and wine store that I know about that offers that service. Also I was advised about the free wine and drink tasting on Fridays and Saturdays. Honestly Foundry Row Wine & Spirits have the BEST marketing. If you want people to buy... Give them free stuff! Why Not? I am actually on my way there now to buy some grapefruit beer. Just visited this store and although they have a good selection my interaction with the woman at the cash register has made me never want to return again. She asked for my ID (28 y/o black female) and the ID of my 21 year old brother citing a non existent law that claims she must check ID for everyone during a sale. Never heard of this before. If he didn't have ID I guess she would have refused a legal sale? They either need to post a sign stating that store policy or she should be fired. read more

I stopped in while in the area to pick up a bottle of wine and I knew the moment I stepped in that I would love this store. It reminds me of their sister store (canton crossing wine and spirits). It's laid out very similar with the $25 and under wall and the $15 and under wall. The placards near the wines fully describe what your gonna taste when you open the bottle and the staff were overly friendly and helpful. I grabbed a list of their tastings and made sure I put my name on their rewards program because I know when I'm in the area and in need of a wine fix this will be the place! read more

Was looking for cigar while waiting at Wegmans and had heard that have a humidor..went in and was very happy have a nice small selection picked up a couple for the weekend. Prices are comprable to other cigar shop.. Only thing didn't have any wooden matches luckily had my butane lighter with me...will be back... read more

Foundry Row did a great job with the selection of stores. The wine store is located close to Wegmans, diagonal to Bar Louie. Friendly. Clean. A great layout. They have various wines and the such picked out and added to their $15 or $25 and under wall. They also have a 6 for $60 deal with a cute tote bag. They have wine tastings on the weekend and brew tastings also. Plenty of parking. Stop by on your stroll of the area. read more

Disregarding the less than subpar selection, the woman at the register should be fired for the way we were treated. I have never been in a store where you will be kicked out if one person with you does not have an ID. We were told (rudely) that the legal person buying a beer for himself was not allowed to unless he was the father of the person accompanying him, under the premise that he would give it to someone potentially under 21. Barring how ridiculous that is, this place is also overpriced and the uppity atmosphere is not worth anyone's time. read more

Oh em gee! As much as I pass by this store going to adjacent shops, I should be ashamed for never going inside. This might be my after work on Friday spot before heading home. I walked in and it was "popping". There's like a little bar in the back serving samples of craft beer. A table in the middle of the store for distributors. The guy there during my visit was from a liquor place in West VA that makes lemoncello. He was delightful and the liquor was just as good. The spirit shop was out of what I was seeking but I didn't leave empty handed. The customer service was just that good or perhaps my work week was just that long. read more

Quite often I find myself passing multiple liquor stores in an effort to get "the beer" I'm looking for! I truly enjoy a great brew when smoking some chicken or ribs on my smoker at home. Once I've chosen the rub ingredients for my meats I must have the right beer to compliment. My wife typically gets the wine she is looking for whereas I am always looking for a new brew I may have missed! Regardless if it's on tap or on the shelf the selection is amazing! The ownership has recently changed but they are more than willing to help and are very knowledgeable. They have deals that keep me coming more than I should read more

This place used to be our favorite spot to get beer because they were super knowledgeable, had a rotating tap of beers to try, and had cool breweries in for tastings. Management changed and it's slowly becoming like every other liquor store. We're incredibly disappointed and they've lost us as a frequent customer. read more

my boyfriend and i stopped by Foundry Row Wine and Spirits this evening. I (accidentally) left my ID at home, but since I am pretty damn close to 30 and have had my fair share of liquor stores, I always THOUGHT the rule was if you don't have an ID, then you can't touch the liquor. Well, apparently I was wrong and so was my boyfriend. My boyfriend was picking up last minute Christmas presents and he was the only one who touched the alcohol. We get to the front and are both asked for an ID, and even though I said I didn't touch anything and am 27 (my boyfriend had his ID out and he is almost 30), we were informed the rule is you have to card the entire group. Really lame considering I never knew that was a rule and I have been there somewhat often since they have opened. Just put a bad taste in our mouths and a wrench in Christmas shopping. This place is so close to our house, but I don't think we will be returning for a while even though our other visits have been positive. We will probably try other places in the area. I work in Hunt Valley and there are quite a few nice liquor in that area. Otherwise, I recommend Quarry Wine and Spirits in the Quarry Lake Shopping Center in Pikesville if you are looking for something similar but still close to Owings Mills. read more

I have been here on many occasions. They staff is always so friendly and very knowledgeable on products. My most recent was on Friday January 5 when I stopped in because they had a deal on Chocovino. I ended up purchasing 2 bottles in additional to one Iced Coffee. I am trying to branch out with flavors and was sad to find out I had missed the tasting, however it was my own fault for not paying attention to the e-mail notice. I only saw the deal and noted that I had to run. I will always recommend Foundry Row Wine and Spirits. read more

Probable racial profiling? I was curious to see the selection of wines. It was my first time visiting (and the last) with my friend. As soon as I entered the place I felt unwanted. There was no "hello" or other formal greeting. The employees looks disgusted and grinned at me. I played it cool though. Until we went to pay for the things we wanted to get. My friend had his ID. He was paying. I had forgotten mine though so "conveniently" The cashier asked for mine as well. He seemed grouchy and had a nasty attitude. It upset me. Worse experience I have had at a wine shop.
