We had such a good time and the photos came out beautifully…read more The photographer was kind and gave us some good ideas about how to pose, what to wear and how we could improve our poses. There were many props and costumes. Highly recommended!

Great place with a poor choice of using watermarks…read more We loved our experience here. Heidi was friendly and enthusiastic. The clothing options were varied and the props and backdrops were fun. Pricing was reasonable too. This would easily be a 5 star experience, save for one bad aspect. The watermark. I'll be honest, we photoshopped it out because it bothered us THAT much and we were not made aware that these pictures were going to have such a huge watermark on them in advance. I know you want to advertise your business, but that watermark is not doing your business any marketing favors and is detracting from the photos we paid for. Let me explain: Let's say I post this on my Facebook, which I did, and it's viewed by all my friends, which it was. Those friends are all living in not Switzerland. Let's say a couple of my friends absolutely love the pictures and want some themselves. How are they going to go and give you money? They physically won't and can't. Now let's say you are just trying to increase brand awareness. At best, those friends could go and follow your Facebook/Instagram page. But what if they never go to Switzerland? And what if, even if they do, will they remember your brand after so long having passed since seeing the picture? What if they don't go to Interlaken? There are plenty of competing businesses in your space and people aren't going to go out of their way to your version of this business in particular. Let's say, by chance, they do go to Interlaken. You should remember that your location is absolutely stellar. That would be the reason someone goes to your business. Maybe I'm wrong, so let me ask: Are you tracking this information? Are you asking each customer how they found you, and of all those customers, how many said it was because of your watermark? If it's a tiny number of your total sales, your watermark is not worth it. I would bet you get less than 10 people per year based off the watermark alone and how many pictures does that reduce the quality of in the process? Tens of thousands? I think you should re-evaluate whether or not the watermark is worth it, or at the very least, offer customers the option to remove it for like 5 CHF. THAT will make you far more money than the watermark ever will. If you really want, you can then apply that 5 CHF to online ads that focus on increasing your social media presence, if that's what your goal is. That will get you FAR more likes than your customers posting on their walls. Most of which will never tag your business, so everyone will be far too lazy to look you up manually. And if you absolutely must have the watermark, make it smaller. It's way too big right now. Can you imagine if we framed one of these (which we intended to) and just had this massive logo in our picture on a wall? Forever. Do you think your business should be a part of our life in that intimate of a way? Would you want that in your framed pictures? This is still a business worth giving your money to, but I would ask specifically to not have the watermark on the images she gives you.
