Since the price was only 10 kr difference I went with the brand. They also had a lens cap bungee cord that I've had a huge problem finding in the US. There were so many useful accessories, I ended up buying a silicone camera body protector in addition. My camera sees some less than gentle situations so this was a real find for me. They offered me tea and snacks for free once I had finished purchasing everything. Nice touch by the staff. I'm not from Sweden so I don't have a great deal of experience in comparing prices with other places. Some reviewers have stated that some of the prices are a bit higher than other stores. For the helpfulness of the staff and the variety of products carried here I would choose to come back here even if I did have to pay a bit more.

However, they had been able to withdraw money from my account very successfully. As a solution, I was offered an attractive opportunity to place a new order. I replied that I will not make any new orders before I have received the previous money back. Such a demand was received with complete radio silence. Now I have sent a complaint to the bank and they will sort out the situation. SCANDINAVIAN PHOTO! DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM IT! THEY ARE NOT WORTH YOUR MONEY!

One photo he chopped at bit too short and had to print out 4 more to get my 4th photo. He charged me 329kr. I thought it was fine, except for when I went home. My partner did the same thing the a few days ago, yet he paid 279kr to the exact thing for him. So basically he charged me the extra 50kr for a mistake he made when he chopped my photo short, to make up for the extra 4 photo's he printed.

He explained the Office options. A support option (though not fully 24/7) was available which she specifically wanted since she travels extensively. He could maybe do a little extra deal as well. All this in excellent English. We decided to check all this out with an IT friend first before returning - they thought it was a great deal We returned a couple of days later when Morgan was next due in but we were too early for him and so we saw William instead. He too was excellent and informative...we double checked all the info and did the deal As we were leaving, I mentioned that I needed a new keyboard/cover for my iPad and that Logitec no longer made a (great) device specific version but only produced a general one which I had recently bought from Amazon - and which frankly is terrible. He thought a moment then rummaged around and found another model made by Deltaco which was lighter and half the price - and while still a generic version worked a treat - even with a Swedish keyboard, since the latest Logitec one had many of the function keys in different places anyway so you had to learn where everything was in any event So good on William and he made another sale A great place to shop

They stocked a good level of most technology items from laptops to USB drives even with a small accessories and Apple section (phone cases, latest phones), household appliances too. The staff around the store didnt seem too friendly towards me as they were to other customers, probably after realising I'm a tourist - or perhaps this was the language barrier? The stock in store was pretty good but I do feel they could have had a better selection of high end gaming PC's, the best they had was the lowest model of a HP Omen which had an I5 processor. They also had phone cases for every Iphone apart from the companies flagship model at the time - XS Max. One of the best stores of its' kind in Stockholm but still it has many negatives, some bigger than others including being the only store in a mall ever where you have to queue at the narrow, horrible checkouts to leave the store - even if you don't buy anything! 3*
