But I chose Appliances Wizards for the owner just seemed like an honest and hardworking person. If you check his website, he even says why overcharge when people are just trying to get things fixed so they can get on with their day to day life. Glad my confidence in this small business owner panned out. Give him a try. You won't be disappointed.

Sean was amazing he took so much time explaining to us the different brands and even went so far as to bring a washer I was considering to the back of the shop. He hooked it up and let it run a complete cycle so I could see and hear for myself how well it work. Upon delivery of my new washing machine I called Sean to let him know that I did not receive the hot and cold water hose. He explained that they are no longer included but said it was no big deal and he would drop it off for me. To my surprise Sean took time out of his day to go to home depot and purchase the hose free of charge to me and bring it to my house. In this day and age that level of service is unheard of. I am so grateful for everything and highly recomment Appliance Bazaar ok Kennedy to everyone. And I absolutely love my new Huebsch washer. Thanks a million Sean.

I called the store, he asked me to text him the information. I gave him the model no.,my address and the time I bought this hood. He told me the Denison store I bought is not their store. That store was closed. I remember it was the same location. This is the only store that sells Luft Range Hoods. When I bought this hood few years ago, the owner said it is a German brand. I couldn't find this brand informations online except from this store. Most likely he was lying and they manufactures this LUFT brand in China. I called this store by phone again and he said he did not received my text messages. I told him, he just replied my text messages an hour ago. He became a bit mad and told me this model is too old and could not find parts for repair. The way he talks is like a mafia threatening me not to bother him any more. If I buy a new range hood from him, he can help me by discounting $200. Do you think I will even buy another Luft range hood from this black store ? My advice is to BEWARE of this store. This is one shady company. I signed up for a trial membership and they were so desperate to sign…read moreme up, they kept on coming back to me with more discounts and larger credits - that should have been my first red flag. I was looking for quite a few different items since we're renovating most of the house. However, DirectBuy was more expensive compared to what I could find locally or online, especially after factoring in all their hidden charges for mark-up, handling or shipping (and most items don't even ship to the home - you have to pick it up from the store or pay a second shipping fee to have another company ship it from the store to your home). One thing I liked when I signed up is they have this minimum guaranteed savings (e.g., hardwood flooring could be a minimum 20% cheaper guaranteed than any price available to the public). The problem was the staff in-store refused to honour this guarantee, providing different non-nonsensical excuses. Add to this their completely antiquated e-commerce website where you need to click through to the checkout page before you can see the true cost for an item, and this was all a huge waste of time. Don't bother with the travel side of the company either. I just got another telemarketing call from them and the guy wouldn't tell me what the fees were, at first pretending like my membership was still valid in his system, and kept on just beating around the bush. Save your time, save your money and avoid this terrible company.

I had previously purchased a 6-pak of generic tape on Amazon, after reading good reviews. The first one jammed, the second one wouldn't print, and the 3rd one printed unevenly. Thankfully, I received a refund! The tapes from EZselection are comparable to the "Brother" original brand. I was hesitant, so I brought my label maker with me. Mark was super helpful, and made sure a label printed properly before I purchased them. He even gave me a tip on how to avoid wasting tape when printing. The shop is small, in a nondescript plaza, but the prices are reasonable. Note: They also sell ink/toner cartridges, printers, etc, but I haven't purchased any (yet).

We took delivery of the washer and dryer and had a scheduled delivery date for the remaining appliances in December 2025. Ryan asked to reschedule until the new year as he had a cold. We are now in 2026 and despite several follow ups, the management has failed to make an arrangement to deliver the fully paid for appliances or arrange a refund. I can no longer recommend this store.
