She walked away and told the manager because he came to the table. I told him I don't want the food for free I ate some of the burger. However the food came out very fast and it was cold like it was precooked. He said everything should be cooked to order and he was going to ask the kitchen. He thanked me said the food is free and would not let me pay. Great customer service. I am writing this review because I went back with friends a few days later and the food was very good and nice and hot. I will come more often. Thx you manager for caring. The juke box was off line but the bar had a great "dive bar" feel. Clayton, a patron sitting next to me at the bar, immediately introduced himself to me and we started some small talk. It was hard to hear Clayton as the table behind us had a group on women who were clearly having a good time, but one that was so loud and obnoxious it spoiled the good time for the other patrons at the bar. I watched three different couples ask to close out due to the noise. Fortunately, Emily managed the situation and they left. Suddenly the jukebox was back on line and me and the other patrons that survived the old lady outburst were happy to enjoy this wonderful bar. I will definitely be back and I appreciate a place that looks out for all customers, not necessarily the ones buying the most drinks.
