We went on a Friday night. Let me tell you that this place was busy. It was easy to find a table but I noticed they make a ton of pizzas that people pick up. The guy in front of us ordered $196 worth of pizza to carryout somewhere. The service was excellent, staff all over the place to assist with any need. The pizza selection was unique. We ordered the Aloha pizza which was drizzled with teriyaki sauce. That gave it an unusual flavor that we enjoyed. We also ordered salads in front of the pizza. Since this place was busy, we did have to wait a bit for ours to come out. My side salad was so good, I ordered another one while waiting. I will say the place was a tad warm as the pizza oven was working overtime to push out pies. This was a great stop. Friendly staff, clean ambience and great service. read more

Place had a nice atmosphere and felt like it was a place where those of the community often go. We ordered a chicken Caesar salad and a cheese curd pizza. The salad was yummy and the flavors of the pizza were great (can you go wrong with cheese curds?) my only complaint was that the pizza crust was just to much, I would have liked the toppings spread to the edge more. read more

My husband and I are on an anniversary road trip and decided to pull off the highway to grab some dinner. We are so happy to find Foster's Fireside. Service was excellent and the pizza was scrumptious! It was a busy Friday evening right at dinner time and we figured we would have to wait for a bit but that was not the case for us. Favorite roadside stop! If you are traveling across Wisconsin this is a perfect place to stop for lunch or dinner. The menu is simple, mostly wood fired pizza and a few salads, but Ee have never had a bad meal. The beer list is well curated, with 10- 12 taps from across the Midwest and a few west coast brews. Incredible!!! We started with the Garlicaholic for an appetizer and then we tried the "That Settles It -CBR" as well as a sausage & pepperoni with bacon crumble pizzas. We were very impressed with the process and they were perfectly cooked! For dessert we finished with the Zippity Blue Dah... Love that they use local ingredients from the Blueberry farm up the road! Took almost 2 hours to get our food. I asked about our pizza at 90 mins in and she told me it just went into the oven. Ridiculous. We were passing through town on a long drive with two kids under 4 and it made us insanely late and they were losing their minds. Food was good. I stumbled across this place purely by accident. The gamble paid off! The service was amazing, and the food was very good. The jalapeño buisness was amazing, it wasn't that spicey so give it a shot. The Nashville hot pizza was alright, but not my favorite. That said, their pizzas were cooked perfectly. The atmosphere is very down to earth. The outside of the restaurant is very unassuming. We stopped to eat after cranfest after a long three day weekend of work, and wanted some quick pizza. Even though it took longer than we were expecting, the pizza turned out great! We had the cheese, which I loved and I've eaten a lot of cheese pizza. Plus we had the everything but the kitchen sink it was good too. The server was great!! Apologized about the wait and made sure we were taken care of. Safe to say that it was worth the wait! The cabin feel felt cozy and would be a great place on a chilly night! We have been stopping here for years on our way to northern Wisconsin. There are new owners since the last time we visited and the menu has changed some, but the food has always been excellent.
