Even though they couldn't help me, I really appreciate the Lawyer calling us back Fast in directing to another Law Firm in our Area.

I knew I would love this firm when Gary Bimberg refused to take my case until I had gotten a denial…read moreletter from SSA. He didn't want me to have to pay if he did nothing. He told me to call him if and when I got said letter. The day I got it, I called and Gary took it from there. I got denied again. But we filed for a hearing. Before the hearing ever happened, the judge made his decision and approved me saying he couldn't understand why I had ever been denied. From beginning to end, I felt important. I felt like Gary really cared. I cannot say enough about this firm. Thank you so much!

I was a client for over a year & a half. I was only interviewed over the phone when I called for…read moreservice. After a short 10 min conversation, he said he could help me. During the entire time, not once was I asked to come in for a personal meeting as my condition worsened. I am a Design Engineer and design automotive components on a computer program. I was making 6 figures. $$. I I developed an intestinal condition. That blood markers said was an intestinal tumor, even though subsequent test could not locate a tumor. However, it wasn't the stomach that prevented me from working. It was the side affects from the condition. Which was extreme cramping. I couldn't even squeeze my computer Designing mouse without my hand cramping. I Can Not do my job without that ability. I can't use a keyboard for designing. After well over a year I was denied disability. But the explanation made no mention of the cramping issue. When I mentioned that to my lawyer, he requested a re-consideration. (No ability to say why). Months later, that was denied. The final stage (court hearing) came. & I was not coached at all as to the format, or what the judge was looking for. Also, no preliminary test on my ability to connect to the online hearing like I've had with other online appointments I've had. As a result, the Judge could not see me, only hear me. Even though I mentioned the cramping, I believe it was never presented by the lawyer. (Which was switched from my original Lawyer). & The new lawyer requested an additional 3 weeks from making a decision to allow for medical reports from recent Drs appointments, even though I've already submitted an inch thick medical report. I believe all that contributed to the final decision by the Judge denying my claim. My health has declined considerably since filing. I've lost about 35 lbs, since I'm not processing the vitamins & minerals I eat, the cramping issues have worsened. Had I been seen on occasion by your firm, you may have witnessed my decline.. As it is. Your firm declined any attempts to appeal that decision. As a final note. I would not have given over $100,000 for a quarter of that if I was able to continue. Late or flawed designs, would have ruined the company I worked for. Thank you Levine Benjamin

UPDATE: In response to the owner's reply on my Google Review:…read more "You are not our client. We represent a trust and you are a beneficiary. The email you have attached relates to a prior case that was completed. If you would like clarification please call the office." The owner explicitly acknowledges that the attached correspondence in which Mr. Langan introduced himself as my legal representation comes from a matter where I was, in fact, an individual client represented by Mr. Langan. The firm's own records confirm this relationship: The attached September 2020 Activities Export shows Mr. Langan logging hours specifically to consult with "the client" to remove the prior trustee under Matter 01051-Hall. While the owner claims this case was "completed," the firm's own ledgers show ongoing activity under that identical matter number (01051-Hall) through at least May 2025. If this matter was closed, shouldn't it have been in November of 2020 when he transitioned to the position of trustee. If that client matter did not close when Thomas Langan accepted his position as trustee, when was the matter closed and where is that closed client file? If the firm maintains that this matter was officially closed, I invite them to email me the formal disengagement letter and complete client file which is documentation I am legally entitled to receive. I expect that the email adheres to my recently requested accommodation per my recent health concerns. Once provided, I would be more than happy to adjust my review accordingly. Until then, however, I must rely on the incomplete record available to me while I await appeal which currently demonstrates continuous, active representation under the same file code while simultaneously administering the trust, suggesting that Thomas Langan maintains his position as my legal representation to this day.
