SAVE your $ and hire an attorney who is not afraid of litigation. I hired Bryon to represent me and file a lawsuit against a landlord who had toxic mold in his home that made me ill. He talked a good game and never followed through. Didn't file the only thing he was hired to do and was so intimidated by the opposing counsel that he withdrew as my attorney. Inexperienced, unprofessional, court documents were riddled with errors and upon ordering documents from the courts , we found out that this attorney never filed any motions that we were told he filed with regards to our requests. I am in the process of filing a grievance against this attorney and I will be filing a lawsuit against him for malpractice because my mold case was not filed in time and he dropped the ball. Divorce....no way. By the time these guys had drained every dime i had I ended up with minimal visitation no savings no house and a $3000 mnth child support and alimony. After I had recouped some money i went to ADAM and gave them the SAME documents K&E had and in ONE (1)!! trip to court I ended up with the kids and SHE was PAYING ME child support as they now reside with me.
