The dental association gave me a little check but that didn't cover the major mistakes that the doctors from Grandville Dental made. I was fooled by all several fake stock photos that was used on their Facebook and their Incentivized google reviews. I though this office was able to perform a full mouth restoration of all porcelain teeth but I couldn't be any more wrong. This company keeps suppressing honest truthful reviews. Why would yelp hide a basic review that doesn't break guidelines. Maybe they are paying yelp of something I dunno but its confusing and hard to trust any Yelp reviews when I know they are allowing this company to wrongfully flag reviews and have them removed for no reason other than the owner of the company simply doesn't like it, that shouldn't be justification to have a review removed.

I originally started coming because it was close to my old house, but what's kept me coming back has nothing to do with convenience anymore. I've dealt with dental anxiety my whole life, and this is the first practice that's ever made me feel genuinely comfortable and even excited for appointments instead of dreading them. Every single person here, from the dentist to the front desk staff, is phenomenal. They're helpful, informative, and clearly care about their patients. If you're searching for a new dentist, stop looking. This is the only option you need to consider.

Anyways, they were able to get me in and fixed up within three days, just in time for my vacation I was taking that same week! The staff and dentist were very friendly and accommodating. Had another appointment more recently for a cleaning. Overall, really happy with the office and would definitely recommend to people new to the city in need of a dentist.

THEY SENT ME TO COLLECTIONS…read more I have insurance for disabled veterans and never received a bill with prior routine cleanings. Suddenly, I received a bill. I was told by the receptionist that North Pointe's insurance program changed and therefore, I owed money. I stated that I was never made aware of this and there are laws protecting consumers. They stated they would look into it. I was told that the bill was reduced, but they expected me to pay half. Again, I told them that I did not think this was appropriate due to the fact of never being told that I would need to pay anything due to their policy change which I should have been informed about. I pay for dental insurance to avoid having to pay for routine cleanings. Plus my husband is ill and not working so if I knew I would have to pay extra, I wouldn't have booked the cleaning here. They said that they look into it and if I didn't hear from them that I could count on the bill being forgiven. I didn't hear from them, but I did get a bill from collections. I'm livid. I thought we were working on handling this together and I thought it was handled, yet they sent it to collections. They lack accountability and compassion.
