I went to pick it up a couple weeks later when it was done and the corner was cracked. Obviously, weight was put on that area to adjust so they could stitch it. I pointed it out to them, and they said it must have been that way when I dropped it off. Why would I have bothered to drive an hour to get to Panama City Beach, (a 2 hour round trip) and pay money to get it fixed, if it was cracked before I dropped it off? They refused to take responsibility. No wonder they demand payment ahead of time. Great customer service from the guy I dropped it off too, but terrible customer service from the guy I picked it up from.

This location is the nearest to me and after wanting to visit it for nearly 20 years, I got the opportunity to! The sales associates were very friendly and helpful, and showed me some terrific sales. Some of the bags that were on display were also in the back, still wrapped, which they offered to me so I could get the full, new effect. I went wayyyy over my said budget (I actually came back the next day as well and made another purchase!) but it was well worth it! Dooney handbags last forever! I plan to now make this an annual trip!

This was my first time in a Dooney and Burke store, and I've never previously owned anything from the brand. I saw the collegiate collection, opened it, and really liked how it was made, the smell of leather, and the style. I went to Coach, but couldn't find anything close to the style. I ended up going back. They also do military/ vet discounts, so that was an added surprise. I LOVE my new wallet!

It is a great honor for me to write this review for HAUDINI UPHOLSTERY, 16 Hollywood Blvd SE, Fort Walton Beach, FL 32548 3.5 mi Tel: 850-301-0206 I recently bought a new leather purse, it was my very first really nice crossbody purse. After using my purse for only a month, my purse strap broke, I was so disappointed. I called HAUDINI UPHOLSTERY and took a ride over to their establishment. They didn't only repair my purse, they made it stronger than ever. To put a cherry on the top, these very kind and loving people, would not let me pay for their outstanding work and care. They also had me sit in a very comfortable chair to wait whilst they repaired my purse for me. A huge THANK YOU to HAUDINI UPHOLSTERY and ALL STAFF. A beautiful group of people and most kind. They said yes but it would take a couple of weeks to get done. At that point I wasn't in a hurry, so I left the jacket with them. On Feb 13th I stopped by to pick up my jacket and the woman behind the counter said that it wasn't ready and would take another week to get done. I was out of town the next week so I asked my girlfriend to pick it up for me. When she got there on Feb 21st the same woman that I dropped the jacket off with and spoken to on Feb 13th told her that it would be yet another week. So when I returned I stopped in on the Feb 27th and you guessed it once again she told me that it wasn't ready and that she would make sure that it was ready the following Tues (Mar 3rd). After not hearing from them on the day she promised it would be ready I called them on Wed Mar 4th and the very same woman that I had always spoken to informed me that they were unable to get a replacement zipper and that I needed to come pick up my jacket. As a result of their lying to me for over a month I am now leaving for a week long motorcycle trip WITHOUT a zipper in one of the sleeves in my leather jacket.
