The screening process was absurd: on top of the usual background check and income verification, our current employers, current landlord, and former landlords all had to fill out online forms -- and not all of them found the email they were supposedly sent with links to the forms. Five days after hearing nothing, we reached out to the listing agent who informed as another applicant had been sent a lease, and our application fee could not be refunded. We understand the importance of finding quality tenants, but wasting the time and money of interested renters and others involved in the screening process is unacceptable.

I will not pay to have a SAFETY feature I once had, that my property management company has now taken away from me, while also raising my rent. Respectfully, regardless of the fact that I am no longer a resident, I did not reach out to the resident services e-mail. Even when I was a resident and did reach out to that e-mail, over half of my requests went unanswered. As they did to my Resident Manager, and the Ellie service that was also set up. So, no, the only complaints that seem to go anywhere are the public ones, which are then publicly responded to before being sent to the inbox abyss. However the reason for my return - I am now 29-days post move out and have not received a dime of my security deposit, nor a breakdown of any charges. I have sent a follow up e-mail and heard nothing. This is after my Resident Manager was a no-show to my move out walk through, and did not provide any 2-week walk through prior to this.
