Dr Levine is very understanding comforting reassuring and honest, as is his staff is also. TO me those things right make a world if difference. This is not your typical dentist, he cares about his patient's and it shows he has the ability to relate to those of us that suffer from extream medical conditions. Sometimes dental providers don't cross into your medical history however this office covers all and explains everything things that can cross between you medical health to your dental health. As you wait, there is a spread of fresh cookies and your choice of refreshments at your disposal. Matt Vandermeuse did my Zoom whitening treatment. From start to finish he explained what he was going to do next and why. Understanding that there are many people with a fear of the dentist, he consistently asked me what questions I had for him and how was doing throughout the process. Upon exiting, I was ecstatic with my whitening results. Matt was able to remove spots on my teeth that I never thought possible. I recommend him to anyone thinking about whitening. Waited an hour in waiting room with 14 kids under 8 yo. Came for cleaning and meet DDS. He didn't take mask off to talk with me, showed no special interest in me. didn't really address all my teeth issues, was very quick to recommend extraction when standard practice is to salvage teeth. Then he said I would have to private pay for a crown when this is against standard Medicaid policy. If a DDS, MD, medical equipment place accepts you as Medicaid patient, they can not bill you privately for any services. I didn't get cleaning. I felt like the stereotypical welfare bum and this was all about money. Wisconsin is ranked second to last in providing dental care to children and low income people. We don't need dentists like this providing care in an already poor dental state.

She's been here since the beginning, and through the 4 doctors I've seen. Oh wait. I've known Deb the longest, but seriously, I keep coming back for all the other personnel I see. Kim is also very nice at the front, though I haven't built up as nice as a rapport with her yet. Stevie is also the best! Currently my doctor is Dr. Anderson and my hygienist is Stevie. Dr. Anderson is nice and straight forward, and explains things very well for me. I've mostly only had normal check ups and cleaning since I've been seeing her and haven't had any procedures done. But she is sure-fingered and confident, and I would be happy to get any treatment done with her. Well, I guess I won't be happy to get anything done with my teeth... Cleaning is like pulling teeth as it is. lol. Stevie is another reason I keep coming back here every 6 months. Despite her having only one day available out of a week! She's gentle and kind, but gets my teeth feeling polished. And so friendly. And so informative.
