This ones for the tourists and new inhabitants to Copenhagen. Forum metro is close to both the lakes of Nørrebro-Østerbro if you want to take a long lovely walk in Copenhagen. It's lovely to buy sushi or other take away and something to drink and lay down on the grass a long the lakes watching city life go by.
In Denmark it's legal to drink alcohol in public so if you see people with a bottle of wine laying in the grass, don't be alarmed. It's perfectly normal.
You are also very close to the old neighborhood of Copenhagen K with beautiful old buildings in different colors with rose flowers growing in the walls.
People sit out on the steps in the summer usually with a six pack of beers, people-watching and being outdoors is a big thing here in the summer.
Outside the metro station is the big Forum hall. It's a hall for concerts, ice skating like Disney on ice etc.
Forum is basically very close to all four major parts of Copenhagen. The west-Vesterbro, The north-Nørrebro, The east-Østerbro and City centre-København K
There's a lot of parks and gardens around, tons of bars, cafés, restaurants and shops. So you better just start walking or rent a bike from the many bike rental places or s city bicycle from the stands.
