The rice has a good consistency and flavor, but the fried plantains are freshly made and are the ones that are the talk of the town. Spectacular is the right word to describe them! Also, the mofongo together with any of the meats/chickens is a unique experience that for me defines the aspect of Puerto Rican Chinese food that we love so much on the island.
