Dr cancell is a brilliant surgeon and holly his assistant is wonderful beyond helpful. She guided me through what to expect and told me what to do (keep it dry and ice every 20 min. And off every 20) I followed these instructions exactly and I feel wonderful for three days after surgery. I would recommend dr cancell and holly to anyone requiring any type of foot or ankle surgery or just in need of a foot dr thanks again dr cancell I have been putting this surgery off for awhile I am glad I finally did it!!!

All of the patient examination rooms are open at the ceiling, so there's very little privacy. B101 plays off a centrally located box speaker precariously placed between crossbeams, but cannot drown the sound of the Dremel. I didn't know it was a Dremel at the time. In the waiting room, it sounds more like a dentist drill. What are doing back there, anyway?! The smell of toenail dust is distinctive. However, I would give the staff 4 stars. They fit me in on short notice. The receptionist was nice, service was prompt, and Dr. Mulligan talked me through the procedure, offering ways to prevent my trouble in the future. In the future, I would try one of their other locations in Cherry Hill or Haddonfield. It's a pretty big practice. One of them has got to have a nicer facility.

The medical assistant didn't even look me in the eye and began talking about my deductible and how some of the treatments are expensive (I went for nail fungus) and blah blah blah. She did not introduce herself, gave me attitude when I told her I am well aware of what my deductible is and how much I have met. Proceeds to give me attitude about it and then later walked out the room. Later comes Dr. Berlin, doesn't fully listen to her patient, cuts me off, gives me so much attitude, seems disgusted by my toes and barely wants to touch them, as if you don't have PPE on, gloves, mask, face shield etc. I explained to her that I have tried all OTC's, topicals, lacquers, etc. DIDNT LISTEN AND COMPLETELY DISREGARDED EVERYTHING IM TELLING HER! She begins discussing that this will be costly since I haven't met my deductible and gives me attitude for it. SO RUDE! I tell her okay thank you I will think about the treatment suggested. She gets up and walks out and from the hallway says, "have a good day or nice meeting you" didn't even properly finish the consultation. SHAME ON YOU! Despicable professionalism! I left the office in tears!

Found a new podiatrist today and he couldn't believe how my toenail was so badly infected. In fact he said that if the infection had progressed, it could have become a major infection like sepsis. I'm already on an antibiotic and he was able to relive a good deal of pain with a simple procedure. You've been warned. Don't risk it.
