i do not recommend this dental office for implant. i did implant 11 months ago at Webester dental…read moreand my implant is failing. The implant done by Dr Mohammed Sohail. i went to another dental office to get another opinion why the implant failing. i found out that the implant is not done right. i went back to Webster dental complaing that i have pain and discomfort for number 8 teeth. Doctor Mohammed Sohail suggested to do procedures it cost 1,800 doller. i paid close to 8000 dollars for two implant last year.one of them failing after 11 month. i was charged consulting fees to see that doctor for his failing implant. i called the office in order to speak with distract manager to complain about my implant failing after 11 months. i never got respond from the manager. i left several messages with front desk to speek with manager. their respond was manager is not here she will call u late. i have trying to speak with manager for the last WEEK and i never respond. this office has bad management. the implant should last for long time. it should not fail within one year. the office should took responsibility for the bad work and correct problem without any charges. i find out most Periodontist doctors gives warranty on implants except this office.

First of all, I have no idea how in the world this place gets bad reviews! Coming from someone who…read morehas extremely sensitive teeth coupled with some severe dental anxiety, I was really hesitant about coming here. I must say, Dr. Drew and hygienist Mel were amazing. They were very thorough and gentle with the examination. They were very clear about what the dental plan needed to be and upon my very next visit I experienced very little to no discomfort. Mel went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable knowing I had some bad past experiences with dentists. With that said, I will continue to come to Webster. My wife and kids already come here as well. No complaints at all.

I visited this office for the first time and am sharing my experience for others who may be…read moreconsidering it. One of the biggest positives is the convenience. They have many locations across the metropolitan area, which makes scheduling incredibly easy if you're willing to drive. They also sent all forms electronically ahead of time, which made check-in very smooth. The office is a bit dated, but clean and comfortable. A gentleman behind the counter greeted me warmly, which I appreciated. The rest of the check-in experience could have been better. When I approached the counter, a woman at a computer about 7 feet away (left of the front desk---possibly the "check out" station) did not make eye contact or offer a greeting. Instead, while looking at her screen, she said, "What's the name?" in a way that wasn't clear she was speaking to me or the gentleman standing behind her. As a first-time patient, that moment felt abrupt and not as welcoming as it could have been, especially since I wasn't sure the question was directed at me. I'm mentioning this specifically so the office is aware, because simple adjustments in communication can make a big difference. It was also the Friday right after Thanksgiving, so I understand it may not have been the easiest day for anyone returning to work. Still, a little more acknowledgement would've helped set a more positive tone for a new patient. My cleaning was where I had the most concern. The flossing was unusually forceful, snapping hard between my teeth and hitting my gums, causing sharp discomfort. It felt rushed, almost as if she was under a six second countdown. Afterward, I noticed a piece of floss stuck between my teeth. I also had to ask to have the back of my front teeth polished. This was very different from any of the past cleanings I've had. I'm assuming the hygienist may be new or was simply having an off day, which can happen, especially right after a holiday. Despite the cons, there were clear positives: the convenience, the warm greeting from one male staff member, and the smooth electronic check-in process. I do plan to give the office another chance because the potential is definitely there for a better experience.

Today was my first visit and I was beyond impressed from the moment I walked through the front door until I left after my appointment. I can't say enough about this practice, but I'll be concise. I've been seeing Dr Todd for years and…read morehave found him and his staff to be passionate about the work they do and the patients they care for. They have always provided excellent care for me and my family, whether it be a cleaning, filling, a recommendation for oral surgery, or specific information about the proper care for my teeth. The folks at the office are just good people who care, but they also happen to be highly skilled, and they take the time to explain and answer questions. I even have a story to share about the practice which demonstrates why they are the best in class. As a relatively new and worrisome parent, I recently called Dr Todd after hours (on the weekend) after my son had a fall and suffered some minor damage to his gums. Dr Todd actually paid a house visit and checked my son's teeth to ensure that he was OK on the same night -- a Saturday night. Who do you know that would do that? I hope others take this to heart when shopping for dentists. This review is long overdue.
