Unfortunately, when I showed to pick it up, it was not in the shape I would accept. With 6 guys showing up that afternoon for a road trip to OU to see the Sooners play, I was in a huge bind. Enter Marc at Southwest RV who turned around a recently returned RV in record time to save our weekend. The RV was extremely clean and surpassed all of our needs leading to an epic weekend with good friends. The service I received, both renting and returning, was exemplary. I am already looking for my next boondoggle so I can rent again from Southwest RV. In my experience, it would be hard to find a place, and certainly individuals, who work harder to earn your business.

One of the car seats was too small for the child. Thus, I was faced with either using an improper car seat at the time we need to leave for the airport or canceling the travel (airport plans, family vacation, the whole 9 yards) because I was without transport at the very last minute. Bottom line, if you are a parent traveling with a child, this service is not for you. They do not pay attention to detail and do not care about the safety of your children. Be aware! I wish I would have seen a review like this so I could have avoided booking them to begin with. Hope this helps my fellow parent travelers.

Day of the wedding came and the vehicles we contracted did come but in stead of staggered departures they left at the same time and this left 30-40 guests stuck at the hotel to find their way to the venue. We called him and tried to find a solution only to be told they were already on their way to another pick up. Jason could have cared less about trying to help us! Had to start the wedding late and that threw everything off. Guest's had to find their own Uber/Lyft which was not what we wanted at all and we were finally able to use the hotel's small bus to bring some guests out to the venue. I would not recommend them at all!
