I received a call back from D&S the same day, one of the others called a week later and the second never did call me back. The next day they came out, gave me an estimate and due to the seriousness they made time to come the next day and repair the issue. Based off the quality of their work and the ease of working with them I'll definitely be calling them for any more repairs, or when I replace my entire roof in the next few years.

He promises to call me back the next day but still have not heard from him weeks later. Full of excuses when you do get hold of him on his cell phone. Talked to my attorney for the next step. I've had enough. If I had know Alan Taylor was going to sell his business in the middle of my roof job I would never had signed a contract. I would not recommend them to anyone I like ;-)

I was told several times that they would be out to let me know what they could do for me, as of yet no one has shown up and now they don't even answer or return calls. I called Nicolella last minute after having called 6 other contractors for a quote. I was referred…read moreto them by a friend of mine. They raved about how well the took care of their roof. Anyway, Mark talked to me for 30 minutes on the project and the way his company does business. He said he would quote me after he came out and walked on the roof and looked things over. He was the first and only contractor to do that. He took pictures of the roof and discussed what was needed. I received the quote promptly. He wasn't the cheapest and was in the midst of most of the other quotes I received. We went with him because of the referral and the 25 year gaf warranty they could offer because they are a MASTER ELITE GAF installer. Because of an opening in their schedule due to a cancellation, they were able to come out within 1 week of signing the contract. They were literally on site working for 5 hours on our 1100 square foot home. They started at 8 am and was gone by 1 pm. The job was completed extremely quickly and appears to be very well done. It's been a week since the install on 6/6/2017, if I have anything to add to this review later, I will update it.

They gave me an estimate without ever going on the roof or using a ladder to check the issues. They came and did the work (they said) without letting anyone (mom, son and dog were home at the time) know they were there. First incident of rain/ice roof is still leaking as if nothing had been done to it. I called them because I'm thinking they were paid to fix a leak and need to do just that. Nope, the guy says the work for repairs is not guaranteed. Your work is not guaranteed? What did I pay for? The owner stated that I would be charged again if they come out again. Needless to say I called another company who ACTUALLY guarantees their work. Lesson learned. Do yourself s favor and don't hire this company.
