After the shock, I asked if she was alright, but she mocked me through the window. When I told her that what she did was reckless and illegal, she continued to mock me and asked if I was a cop. Very rude, unprofessional behavior. If this is how their employees act while representing the company, it makes me wonder how they behave when they're not working.

Then at the moment I arrived at the door it said You need a mask to enter so I had to go home to get a mask and return which is fine I'm glad they're upholding public safety with covid still in effect. So by then I actually needed to use the restroom #1 and #2 And was not given the chance as there wasn't a public restroom nore was I informed it would be okay to actually use the toilet full of blue water that I was instructed not to flush. Meaning if I had used it I would have to leave it filled for them to see. I was attempting to fill the cup but was struggling to Just release some urine Meanwhile the Younger Girl probably mid 20s was Outside the room complaining about "how long it always takes People to fill the cup" and "if they can't fill it" "they shouldn't come in for the test" "they aren't "tied there!" which was just making me anxious because I was struggling myself. she became very impatient with me after I was in for maybe 8 minutes trying to carefully relieve a small amount into the cup which ended up just being small drips at a time because I had held it for a while before going in to test and it's hard to pee when you're under pressure it's like being told to be funny on command. She began getting very irritated with me and was saying "I don't know what his problem is!"and telling me I had to get out of the rest room! and so I zipped up and brought what I had in the cup which was apparently not warm enough because It took me around 10 mins. She then held it up and stated in a very rude tone that It wasn't my Urine and that I put it in there to pass. She refused to accept that It was hard for me to pee under pressure and When she made such a Insulting statement after the discomfort I was in struggling to pee in the first place I was upset and Stated that it was bullshit that she was trying to accuse me of that. I asked that she did a DNA test to confirm that it was my urine and she could have officers come and check me to prove it was real because I was there doing my best to give a sample, when I'm there so I can get hired for my Job that I have been pursuing for half a year. The older lady that was there was nicer but was upset with me and I understand her being upset because She didn't understand the whole situation and saw me and her colleague arguing because I was trying to defend myself and get a proper test done. I felt uncomfortable and wanted to leave but was told if I left they would tell the employer I refused to take the drug test. So I sat and waited in the lobby very uncomfortable and mistreated. After about 5 mins the older lady did let me come back in and sit down and use the toilet and I managed to fill the sample which she then filed. The whole time after the first attempt that I made the younger lady was Ranting to someone about me and how Stupid it is to Try to take so long to fill the sample and I shouldn't have gone in if I couldn't fill it. Etc. Long story short I would highly recommend not going here and after the treatment I was put through and being cornered by that younger lady who was being aggressive and condescending but when I spoke up to defend myself I was treated like I was a disturbance. I wanted them to have Officers or someone to come and do a pat down and confirm that I was just struggling to pee so the employer would know I was having a hard time and was being mistreated rather than Refusing to take the test. They wrote down on the paper that will be forwarded to the employer. "Patient in bathroom for 10 min, asked if he needed water. Pt came out with urine out of range. I told him he would have to give another specimen. Pt became irritated & Yelled." That is not an accurate order to what happened and if you have cameras I urge you to watch them. I wasn't even offered to give another sample till after The younger lady was Condescending and I defended myself and used one curse word in doing so which also made me uncomfortable because I don't like cursing but I was cornered and being treated poorly in a situation where I was trapped. The older lady said "if You talk to her like that you can leave" I said "I'm sorry" "I' want to give a sample and take the test" "it's being hard" "I need to actually use the restroom" "It's hard to pee" "when I also need to sh*t" and I'm trying to hold it." very personal info that I didn't want to share...This was in a moment of frustration and discomfort. then the older lady said I can leave but if I do they will put down that I refused the test. So I had to stay and retry again.

If I could give no stars as a rating, I would. But here are my reasons and details as to why this…read morerating; His staff is juvenile, novice and down right idiots. They constantly send bills and ask for payments for things we've already paid for after our appointments, then have to fight with about it and print off statements to prove we paid it to them. Do they not know how to do math or have competent office help to keep track of their money? I guess not. Children could do much better jobs than his staff and definitely have better attitudes and service. He used to be borderline rude, but was entirely at my last visit. I confided to him I was not comfortable with the last physician he sent me to, due to his personality and demeanor during my appointment with him, and would prefer to see someone else. He immediately told me to stop and hold on, went to get a nurse then continued the appointment with a foul attitude towards me while she played 'Witness', when I said nothing hostile towards this other doctor, just that I was uncomfortable. THEN, just ups and leaves the room without a word, asking if I'd like another appointment to another doctor. Extremely unprofessional and inconsiderate. You're MUCH, MUCH better off going to another physician. At least there you have a better chance at a slightly better staff and competent doctor.
