Sadly, my fault was thinking that I could directly hook up the wires to a fuse after cutting the cigarette lighter plug. Well if you didn't know, now you do, it doesn't always work out that easy. Haha. Instead we're all thinking that when they went to plug in the dash cam to power, it was too much voltage and cooked it. Again not their fault. They worked on it for almost an hour and as I went to pay, they said it was no charge? It really caught me off guard as I was not going to fight them about the cost of their labor but rather just handed me my keys back and said we'll try it again on another dash cam. Any way we can say how great these guys are? Other then giving them your business and on top of that getting more then what your asking of them in a professional way, I can't think of any. They've certainly earned my business for sure! Thank you everyone at Audio Adrenaline!! Very much.
