Highlights:
- Nice view for sunset up high: edge was uncovered and the other half inside was covered.
- Fine dining style plating with many ingredients in each dish.
- Cheese plate: delicious 2 chunks of 3 cheeses Dutch Gouda, truffle very mild nice, goat, thin crispy garlicy crostinis 4.5 stars
- Bread: brown w edges w oats and sunflowers different avocado wasabi butter 4.25 stars
- Kids menu: nice to have that option. Also came with a scoop of ice cream for dessert.
- Kids steak tenderloin was my kids fave steak of the trip. Sourced in Argentina's 4.5 stars
- Kids chicken pasta: pasta in a separate bowl from the chicken and also section with apple sauce. 4 stars
- Snapper piece seasoned with skin. Enjoyed the coconut volute. 4 stars
- Bacon Wrapped steak: ok flavor but undercooked to order. 3.5 stars
- Cocktails: good more unique offerings
Midlights:
- Duck: big piece cooked fine with dark sauce but not much flavor 3 stars
- Best sunset tables on the elevated deck only were for 2 people
Lowlights:
- Cocktails took quite a while to be delivered
- Steep stairs to bathroom
- Taxi from Williamstad $20 for 10 min
