If…read moreyou have an 8:00 am appointment for grooming, expect your animal to be immediately placed in a kennel. Dogs do not go straight to bathing. Groomer and receptionist take their break at 8:00 to smoke and chat in the parking lot. Also, groomer arrives to work at 7:45 and needs a break prior to beginning the day. How do I know this? Staff thought I left as soon as my dog was dropped off. I was still in the parking lot a few minutes later, so I saw them. Groomer is lazy and doesn't bother to use shampoo or conditioner; not sure what product is supposed to be used for deshedding, but if one was used, it's definitely unscented! For basic baths, expect to pick your animal up wet, not fully cleaned, and unbrushed. $103 to have 2 dogs rinsed. I had to do about everything I paid for. Had to clean my dogs face, eyes, nose, and ears in addition to brushing. Loose debris in fur was not removed because the animals were not brushed.

Michael was warm and welcoming and I could tell Luther liked him too. It's exactly like it's advertised, a cozy and homey atmosphere. I can tell that he puts a lot of care and attention into his work. The price is incredibly affordable and the service was outstanding. When I picked up Luther I was blown away. He looks so handsome and happy! I highly recommend A Dogs' Fancy to anyone looking to get a high quality and professional grooming experience. I can't wait to take my other little corgi Alice next! Thank you for taking care of my baby boy with the level of care I would hope for my fur-baby!

The last time I adopted from there was years back, a cat, no offense to the previous administration but the improvements are amazing. They respond very quickly to any questions or request to see a pet after application is done. The kennels are all clean, animals well cared for. The don't leave you hanging for days when you call, ask questions or do application. The front desk ladies are extremely professional and well organized, as good, much better actually than other rescues I have seen. They have you bring in current dog to meet potential adoptee which to me is a GREAT idea, the young man that handled that was extremely knowledgeable and kind. In todays world of so many needy pets, they are the light at the end of the tunnel, wonderful people and amazingly professionally run. The adoption fee is also very fair considering how much it includes, getting a pet already spayed or neutered is a huge plus. I would recommend adopting from them to all who are looking for a furbaby to add to their family, Bravo SPCA!

Of course, because of the pandemic we had to stay in our car. That was when a staff member came out and said they had an emergency come in and that our dog couldn't be seen. When we told them ours was an emergency as well they told us to come back in two days... HE HADN'T PEED IN 24 HOURS!! Luckily we took them to a vet in Central Square as the vet there said he would have died if we waited. Being vets they should have known better and been able to handle more than one emergency. On a side note that Trump Review seems like a total jerk and I'm sorry you had to go threw that. While I am no longer fond of this clinic we are all still human and shouldn't be treated like that.
