This corporate practice only cares for money and is run by a passive aggressive, rude manager who…read moretreats their staff like they are idiots. Their website claims to be the "Best Vet in Manlius" which is a lie and shows how they care to take your money than actually care for your pet. Inexperienced support staff who are unlicensed and cliquey. I have never seen more anxious energy from pets but that is not shocking as the environment there is unstable and chaotic. You can hear the staff yelling at each other in the back or giggling behind the very thin doors. Great veterinarians, but the practice management and staff need a huge makeover, and it shows how you shouldn't trust corporate veterinary medicine.

She's one of the nicest and most professional business owners I know. Sarge has a lot of anxiety, and she's always so patient and gentle with him. She goes above and beyond to keep his stress to a minimum while still getting every bit of the job done. You really can't put a price on that kind of care... but if you did, it's one hell of a deal here. Highly recommend. Tell your friends.

I have had 3 dogs and I have never had such awful service in my life. This is my 6 month old…read morepuppy's nails and my leg and arm after she very excitedly jumped on me. We were informed after our service that dremeling was $12 EXTRA and filing is $8 after a $65 grooming appointment where nail clipping is included. We are not happy with the groomer or the owner as when we brought up our concerns we could barely get a word in edge wise and we were wrong in their eye. I am worried about my 7 year old niece being scratched up by my DOG. Update - I checked my dog's floppy ears for hair, I explicitly asked for the hair to be removed, they were obviously not cleaned out

Ive been going to Lyncourt Vet since it opened. Way before any of their "team" worked there. The…read moreoriginal kind compassionate DVMs have retired. Honestly, I should have left a long time ago but just stayed because it's a couple blocks away. About 2 months ago I had to practically beg for them to see my dog because she had been vomiting non stop. Meanwhile, I spent close to $10,000 the prior year between dental and yearly exams for my three dogs (not to mention in the middle of the dental procedure they tired to get me for an additional $1,000). Unfortunately, I happened to get my least favorite DMV Dr Shopchak. My dog's kidneys were shutting down and Dr Shopchak was telling me that it's been so busy she couldn't even take a break. Did she honestly think I cared whether she got a break or not? Cry on someone else's shoulder because my only interest was how sick my dog was. At that point I knew immediately I would never step foot in there again. I brought my dog to Cornell the next day and they had the nerve to call me and say if she needs anything else just let them know. Are you kidding me like I said I had to beg to get my dog into Lyncourt 2 days prior. I could list a hundred reasons why a pet owner should never step foot in that office. Do yourself a favor if you care about your pets go elsewhere. However, if you want to spend a boatload of cash for mediocre service Lyncourt is your vet! What could improve first step get rid of Shopchak and replace her with a kind compassionate DMV and no one needs your videos on what to expect at your pet's appointment. Also do yourself a favor and review the pet's chart before you step into the exam room instead acting like it's your first day on the job. I've toyed with writing this review for weeks thinking maybe it's best just to switch vets and go away quietly BUT it's more important to make people aware of what it's really like there. They're in it for the cash not for the benefit of our precious pets.

Totally understandable because of COVID-19. When my fiancé dropped off, the staff was friendly & attentive. The prices were reasonable and my two boys came out looking very spiffy. They even got little ties to finish off their looks! I'll definitely be going again!
