Thankfully, I haven't had much reason to go visit here, but on the trips I have made, the police department is next door, there's a nice city council meeting chamber near the main entrance, and the hallways are well decorated. They have a number you can call and someone brings the books out to you or you can go inside and pick them up from the hold section. I chose to go inside. I didnt know where I placed my library cards but the clerk was able to help me. She even renewed my cards and checked me out. I was not calling the right department for the information that I was needing, but he spent the time to go over some of the services offered specifically by the county and specifically by the city. He was very informative and you could tell that he takes pride in his position to serve his community.
