DAYCARE REVIEW: I'm writing this review with a heavy heart…read moreand deep concern for other families. Just four days into care, I made the decision to immediately withdraw my 3-month-old son from this daycare due to a serious failure in safety and supervision. At my regular pickup time, I found my infant -- the only baby in the room -- slumped over in an unsafe sitting position that could have compromised his airway. He was also in a dirty diaper. The staff member in the room wasn't busy, wasn't with another child, and was simply not engaged with my baby at all. What's worse, my son doesn't typically fall asleep on his own -- which means he had likely been left in that unsafe position for quite some time, completely unattended. I contacted the director immediately in person and via email, asking how they would ensure this never happened again and what disciplinary action would be taken. I received no clear answers. The director showed no genuine remorse, no serious concern, and did not offer a real apology. Even when we formally terminated care and my husband came to collect our son's belongings, the staff remained silent -- no apology, no ownership, no accountability. We were lucky. I had the ability to leave my job to care for my son. But what about the parents who don't have that option? Families who rely on childcare to work and support their children deserve far better. We secured this daycare spot nearly a year in advance, trusting that our baby would be safe and nurtured. That trust was broken within days. I cannot recommend this daycare to any parent who values safety, responsible caregiving, and basic human empathy.
