They became nothing more then a meat market collecting money and they over charge for everything.. They don't follow the Medicare rules at all. Most people don't know that in order for the Doctor to charge Medicare they have to spend a amount of time deemed by Medicare but they don't they rush you out after making you wait way past your appointment time. Which is against the rule of Medicare. If you are on Medicare file a complaint against them. I would say stay away from Kernersville Family Practice you will never get good care at this terrible place!!

They have always been able to fit me in quickly when I've needed urgent care, whether for an ear infection, bronchitis, lab work, or prescription refills. Lasy year, I had a cough and fever so they quickly did xrays and sent my prescription to CVS, all under 30 minutes. Dr. Mayo is incredibly caring and attentive, and the front desk staff are always friendly and welcoming. I passed out once due to low blood pressure while having blood drawn and they took care of me with patience until I was steady on my own. At every visit, my wait time has been under 10 minutes, which I truly appreciate. Communication through the patient app is prompt and reliable, with messages answered the same day. Even through an insurance change, the clinic made sure I had enough daily medication to get through the chaos. The clinic and Dr. Mayo provide outstanding care, and I highly recommend them.

CMA Roxanna Cortez neglected a high risk patient with COVID-19. They did so because the cares act passed last year protects them from neglect and malpractice if you have COVID-19. She sent him home with prescriptions without even examining him. She called him from unknown numbers and left no voicemail. A nurse spoke to him on Monday morning who said she heard NO distress in his voice. she spoke to him for 4 minutes between 2 phone calls. Tuesday Morning when we took him to the ER after the nurse said she would call back Thursday. He didn't even know who his own brother was and was begging him not to hurt him while trying to get him to go to the hospital. When he got to the hospital Tuesday they told him if he waited 5 more hours he would have died in his bed. this happened in 5 days. Because he had PNUEMONIA she prescribed him medication to suppress his cough and make him sleep. If she had only examined him on Thursday when he went to be tested or told him he was high risk to go somewhere and be evaluated he wouldn't have laid in ICU 20 days only to have his lungs harden and him leave his wife of 30 years, his 29 year old daughter, his 36 year old stepdaughter, his grandchildren and all of his family, NO ONE from Bethany even checked on him. When they called to remind him of an appointment coming up my mom spoke to Helen the office manager who told us how upset they were over a bad review, not how upset their patient was in ICU dying where none of his family could see them. When my mom called Office Manager Helen back after he passed to get his medical records upset as a grieving widow Helen was answering personal calls while talking to her. No one can tell us who owns Bethany Medical Center or how to contact them. Dr. Carmen Mayo has had her friends and patients go and LAUGH at our post of how she neglected our father on facebook. They've now hidden my review on facebook and their operations manager will not respond. Mrs. Mayo's friends laugh at posts about our father dying.

I had my FIRST doctor's appointment this morning with Dr. Stallings in the medical mobile unit…read more This was extremely convenient for me due to the fact that I am NOT familiar with Greensboro, NC (Guilford County) when it comes to driving around. The mobile unit came to my residence and parked in one of the vacant parking spaces in my condominium residence. All I had to do was walk downstairs to the unit. The inside of the unit is IMMACUATELY set up like an examination room. I was greeted by Dr. Stallings, the nurse and the driver when I approached the van. Once inside, my vitals were taken, my medical record reviewed, questions asked as to the reason for my visit, etc. Dr. Stallings was my initial physician when I relocated here in 2019, I am so thankful and grateful that I am now able to have her back in my life as my physician. She's a GREAT physician who takes her time with you; very personable; concerned with your health issues and does not rush through visits. I plan on recommending her and Must Clinic to ALL of my family/friends for future visits. I'm so HAPPY that Must Clinic is available in my area. I look forward to any future visits with Dr. Stallings.

Before they can get my wife in a bed an ER attendant is already entering the room asking for debit card. She tells me there was a $200 copay. When I get the receipt I notice I was charged $800 - when I asked why the difference the ER attendant goes absolutely nuts, screaming and acting aggressively towards me, yelling out loud that she "knew how to do her job" and if I didn't like it I could take my "so-called" sick wife elsewhere.. Yes, she actually said "so-called". Two other female ER staffers behind the desk thought it was funny and sat there laughing out loud. The one saving grace here was that those working in actual ER were grown adults capable of acting professionally. You will never find me visiting said facility again. I wasted 20 minutes waiting only for the secretary to tell me I need to go to the other side! Signed in a 2nd time, waited another 20 mins to be acknowledged! The secretary didn't seem too happy that I won't repeat my SS# louder for her, instead I wrote it down and handed it to her. Finally got in, still can't remember the person name or her even cleaning her hands once. Waited over an hour in room to be seen. Woman said there was only 1 chart ahead of me!! I know this place can definitely do better than that!!

I've waited now 3 weeks for a referral for an oncologist and got a bill instead. Prior to that is was a referral to a pulmonologist which never happened. In this time I made my own appt and even had a biopsy and still have not heard back on either referral.
