I reported taxes late (believing they had extended) and they said "don't worry, if they charge you late fee we contact them and request to remove the fee since we have proof we tried" They NEVER told me they wouldn't have enough time to report or gave my money back if they were not able to take the case! Now I owe late fee to IRS and they said it's not their business! They just want your money! Be aware!!!!
