This did not go smoothly and we had to go to mediation twice because things that were agreed on the first time were not included in the agreement when we received it. Not our fault but we were told we had to go back to mediation. The mediator charges $300 an hour and was unnecessary the second time which once again ran into a few thousand dollars. After the agreement was signed our HOA ignored the agreement right from the start on different levels and we had questions, so I emailed our attorney and his secretary asking for advise. Never heard back from them. Too many disappointing issues and we would never use this firm again.

This guy was recommended by a good friend of mine. I went to him office gave him my personal tax returns for him to do and told me that I was going to get a refund, this was back in October of 2022. Another one of my friends went to see him and he did not trust him for something that happen between them. So I decided to use a different CPA this year 2023 and my new CPA told me that Benjamin Moore never filed my personal taxes right. Therefore I had to pay now the IRS. I told the new CPA that I was supposed to get a refund back for the job he did in October of 2022 but I never did and he then told me that it was because Mr. Moore filed my taxes wrong. I called the office and now he is hiding from the situation. I did talk to his secretary Dawn and she told me that he will mention the issue to Benjamin Moore, but he did not get back to me. So please do not pay this guy any money up front and if your getting a refund back, wait until you get to then pay him for the services. I believe this guy is too old to be doing taxes for someone else. Wait until you meet this character he looks like Cash the singer always dress in black clothes.
