I started by going to the Apple Store in Geneva, but because I purchased my computer in the States, they couldn't help me. They sent me instead to ART Computer. I'm so glad they did. From the minute I walked in the door, an ART employee greeted me and asked if he could help. I stated my need, as well as my concern about installing the RAM myself, but your guy -- Edgar Rincon -- was so incredibly helpful and friendly. He showed me, on an iMac model in the store, how to install the extra RAM. He answered several other questions I had, then got me the item I was seeking, rang up my purchase, and had me on my way in no time! When I got home, I followed Edgar's instructions exactly and had the RAM installed in less than five minutes. I wish more businesses in the Geneva / Pays-de-Gex area provided customer service and a pleasant experience like the kind I had today in your store. Thank you! (Also applies to Galaxus) You have to keep in mind that they don't always have everything they offer in-store and they sometimes need to bring whatever you need from their central warehouse. You can check the availability of your product on the website /app before ordering. You can always order whatever you want online and Digitec will offer overnight free delivery or you can pick up your order the next day from their store. There is an option to pay upon collection (when picking up order from store) so no need to use online payment. Returns have also been very smooth and easy with full refund when respecting all criteria. You gotta love Digitec!
