You have to keep in mind that they don't always have everything they offer in-store and they sometimes need to bring whatever you need from their central warehouse. You can check the availability of your product on the website /app before ordering.
You can always order whatever you want online and Digitec will offer overnight free delivery or you can pick up your order the next day from their store.
There is an option to pay upon collection (when picking up order from store) so no need to use online payment.
Returns have also been very smooth and easy with full refund when respecting all criteria.
