It clearly says on their website that ALL deliveries require signatures for delivery and only 3 attempts will be made and then the package would be held for pickup. Its says it all over their website as their official policy. Regardless of this the package was apparently delivered when there was no one home and just left on the front porch for everyone to see. When we got home there was no package. I immediately contacted Ferrarti to notify them of the situation. THey played games and stalled my for 4 weeks telling me they were waiting for UPS investigation when the UPS showed the investigation closed after 2 days. Ferrari then refused to honor its own delivery policy and told me that if i wanted to pursue my claim I should just go deal with UPS myself!!! I made a $3000 order from what I though was a trustworthy Brand like Ferrari and i seems more like I dealt with shady scammers then any kind of respectable company! These fraudsters make the whole Ferrari brand look like shit and I will never purchase another Ferri anything for the rest of my life! Paypal is now handling the issue and will send me my full refund shortly as this was an obvious breech of both Ferrari and Paypal signature delivery policies! I scum bags are only pretending to be Ferrari and make all their shit in china and scam loyal customers!!!

She not only helped set up Tyler with the racing stimulation but actually spent time with him to walk around with him, talk with him and answer all of his questions. This was NOT included but she did it out of kindness which I appreciate. She was very welcoming and warm. She even gave Tyler a gift after learning we were in Italy for my son's 12th birthday. Go downstairs and the store is packed wall to wall with jerseys, shirts, jackets, scarves, hats, balls, etc. The staff inside were friendly and will make sure you get what you want.
