The hem was a gentle high low. I was getting a few inches taken off since I am short. Got my dress back but made the mistake of not trying it on in the shop because it was hemmed properly but now the pockets hung lower the hemline!! The girl who helped me did not show me how to bustle my dress, so when it came time for the wedding we had no clue how to bring my dress's train up for the reception. The girl who helped me didn't seem like she knew what she was doing at all. She told me I could get sleeves on my dress, but none of the tailors that I went to were able to do what she said was possible...so I bought extra fabric for no reason. Way too expensive and not worth it at all. Everyone should buy used wedding dresses.

Anyway, on Wednesday she responded to say appointment date and time wasn't available. I called to express my disappointment and everyone was very kind. However, they did say that even though they said date was available they can't see VIP calendar. That needs to be addressed.
