So we had to drive 90 miles round-trip on the day of prom to pick it back up. They said sorry, but did not own it, and offered no discount. And to negotiate a discount I would have had to come back yet again to speak to a manager. So for me and all of my family, with many weddings and dances in the future, Louis' is not worth the risk.

I received so much welcome and support from the Sophia's team before even stepping foot on the property, they sent welcome videos, called to chat about my preferences, and let me add people to our group last minute. Also, they have a wide range of dresses in a very reasonable budget - coming from Chicago, this is a huge benefit because wedding dress prices have gone crazy over the past few years! Sophia's was my first and only stop in my dress hunt. Allie worked with me and my family to pull out different styles of dresses based solely on my preferences.
