I've reviewed Mule House twice over the past few years we've been going and despite the 30-min…read more drive, we've been quite a few times even bringing friends & relatives. Sad to say we're likely done for foreseeable future. In a growing trend, they've had problems with the beverage station. Usually, it's no unsweet tea but we've also seen the fountain drinks out of order too. For the tea, they say their 2nd tea urn "broke." Ok, you're making $2.75 profit off of every $2.95 glass of tea you sell. Buy another urn. Or - as some places do - get a 2-gallon pitcher, boil water, add three 20-cent tea bags & you're good to sell 25 or 30 units at probably $3 each! But the final straw is that they seem to have adjusted the fig-prosciutto pizza recipe, swapping in basil for arugula. And last visit, they put the basil on before cooking so their blazing wood-fired oven nearly incinerated the basil. Then, when wife asked for some arugula, they brought out some wilted scraps for her but then could be seen refilling the arugula bin with a fresh batch. There appear to be only teenagers working when we go - which admittedly is usually a weekend - but maybe the owner should check in now & then as they've now lost a fairly regular customer.

These sandwiches are so…read morewell put together and every tasting note and ingredient is well thought out with a high degree of quality. We had three sandwiches: Dill with it, the arsonist and the Al Capesto. Our favorite was the arsonist followed closely by the pesto one. The candied bacon and the seasoning on top puts it over the top. We loved how they cut these onto triangles of four, making them real easy to share. I ordered online and it only took 15 minutes. It was ready as soon as I ordered and started my half mile walk. I've heard of ghost kitchens before, and have got delivery from them, but never been inside of one. I absolutely love the idea. They take an underutilized kitchen such as one at a church and put it to good use during off hours. It's such a wonderful idea to not be wasteful with space and I'm sure it keeps the food prices low. Don't expect like a fancy fast casual place that spends way too much money on their space, but they do a perfect job with what they got. You are coming up to a church, but it's so well marked with signs and lights you can't miss it. It so nice to having a place in Candler park we can walk to, and the owners are warm and friendly. Truly a unique gem in the hood.

Best Grilled Cheese EVER!…read more I had the three cheese grilled cheese and added bacon and sundried tomato. It was so good! Crispy and well cooked and elevated with the salt and parsley garnish. *Chef's kiss* The tomato bisque was also delicious and the kale cole slaw was such a yummy, unique take on your typical cole slaw without straying too far from the familiar slaw you know and love. Staff is super friendly, attentive, and service is quick. Next time I see this food truck around I am definitely making a stop, and so should you!

The food was amazing and a very generous portion of steak in the sandwich made it worth it. It's not fast food. It's practically a high end cajun restaurant in an old Gruman step van. It's not cheap because it's something special and made special. Another truck had egg rolls for more money. Really? The fries are excellent as well. Alligator meat is also available.

I don't know how I could see so much seasoning in the liquid, yet have no discernable flavor. Sausage tasted like store bought kielbasa, except just bleh. Find someone local or at least fry it in a pan to get some caramelization/char. Sad, because I was excited to see a Creole/Cajun/New Orleans truck. Everyone else I've tried at the "a dam food truck park" has been great, only two I haven't tried are the coffee one and the hot dogs. And it's not like he should have run out of food, he didn't start to 3 pm, I got there around 4 pm, if you can't fill your menu, get a chalkboard and just write what you have... I'm not expecting some ridiculous thing from a food truck, but this is defly the weakest one there. Check out the other trucks, and as for red beans and rice, I'll make my own.
