Besides the crazy Fees, they tend to have ridiculous currency exchange rates, too. Not Deutsche Bank, pretty close to the existing exchange rates, which were $1.08 to €1.00 in late October 2023. This place is HORRIBLE and they add a HUGE fee that they don't advertise openly. It's hidden away in a corner in small print away from the cashier window. When I would not sign the receipt and wanted my money back they refused and we called the Police. They still would not give us our money back. There is a small loophole in Italian law that says you must first ask how much Euros you are to receive before accepting any transactions. ASK HOW MANY EUROS you will be getting before handing over your cash. These people are crooks. Very dishonest.
