Everyone I've talked to has similar great experiences. Love supporting a locally owned business too, the owner is active in and gives back to our community. From the office and sales staff to the individuals who carry out the landscape work, I've been impressed by every interaction I've had. You don't have to worry that they are going to send some shady people over to your house like you might with other less professional landscape firms. The staff at Wimberg are all very friendly and professional. Whether you're looking for simple lawn mowing or a complete yard re-model, you'd be remiss not to give them a call.

In particular, they did what they had to in order get things done the right way and make sure I was satisfied with the results, even if it meant work that probably cut into their profit margin a bit. I had three bids with three different approaches, and theirs was in line with the other two, so the price is fair.

Mower slid in to our flower garden and they destroyed half of it while trying to get the mower out of the mud. Owner apologized and promised to fix it and bring replacement flowers. This seemed to be great customer service. This was 40 days ago. Won't return calls. I even offered to just accept a bucket of irises and call it a day. This seems to be a well worn pattern from this shyster...say what needs to be said ...then disappear. This is one of many complaints from our HOA. Several homeowners are working to get this unethical contractor replaced.

Then they lost control of it and it fell onto my gutter, causing it to be bashed. (When I saw them doing this I had to walk away, as I couldn't watch: the ladder could easily have fallen in the other direction onto the next door house, or onto a nearby electrical line.) Then Keson said there was nothing wrong with the gutter and wanted me to pay him in full for the gutter cleaning. I told him I wanted to have a roofer check and assure that the gutter was still secure and functioning, and he agreed to wait to be paid. But while waiting some weeks for the roofer, I realized that when I go to sell the house, this is going to be an eyesore. Bottom line, he damaged it, he should bear the cost of fixing it. Instead, he got angry and told me he was going to take me to court. The cost of the gutter cleaning is probably pretty close to the cost of replacing that section of gutter.
