I love thrifting and I love Disney. This store combines those two passions into a one of a kind shopping experience. I have always wanted to visit Forever Vintage and Surplus and I finally got the chance when my route took me near on a recent trip through Central Florida. Forever Vintage and Surplus specializes in all kinds of Disney merchandise. They sell clothing, accessories, collectibles, art, home goods, and even furniture from the resorts. There is a main room with collectibles and household goods, a smaller side room with clothing, and a warehouse with furniture and other larger items. If you are a Disney fanatic then this store is a wish your heart makes. They had amazing bags, a sparkling princess tiara, one of a kind collectibles, Christmas ornaments, fabulous Haunted Mansion merchandise, and even an Indiana Jones fedora. Prices ranged from a few dollars to many hundreds of dollars depending on the item. Service was top notch and the store smelled amazing. If you want to bring a little bit of the Disney magic home with you, this is the place to shop. read more

What a gem! My friend told me about this store so we paid a visit together for our first time last Saturday. She says their Facebook page is updated often and follows it for unique finds. They have retired items from Disney, Universal and possibly other places. It's fun to know you will have one of a kind items since they often give these things away because they are refurbishing. From kids toys, clothing, glassware, art, decor, resort furniture/decor and everything in between. It is run by a sweet couple. The husband helped us measure my friend's car and the wreath to see which one would fit. He carried heavy items to her trunk. Their hours are limited to (I believe Saturday & Sunday), but the owner told us they will be expanding soon and adding another another day to be open. Love Disney, so I had to check this place out. Today the selection was very good. I bought 2 wall lights, a small metal trash can, a coat rack that mounts to the wall, and 2 framed pictures from the Wilderness Lodge. The prices are high, but I wanted a few pieces from the Disney resort in my house. A car from New York was in the parking lot, so there are others as crazy as me!! I had messaged the owner thru Facebook earlier in the week, and they responded promptly. Cash or credit accepted. Hours are 10am-4pm, and only open on Saturdays. read more

A great place to find Disney props and furniture. It's a thrift shop situation. Things might sell before you arrive. Pics showing the merchandise in its original home are from actual Disney locations, which, of course, you won't find completely recreated elsewhere. (I don't expect that they will recreate the GF or Yacht Club lobby in their shop). Items are typically used. They will have some "character". Some are new and unused. This shop is a secondhand/reseller of merchandise that can only be purchased in bulk from Disney through arrangements not available to the general public. Kitchen surplus at low cost is useful to a lot of people. Clearly, it sells, or they wouldn't have it out there. I'm glad that there are places that feature used items to keep them out of landfills! Open Saturdays, 10-4. Nice people with a love for the things they sell. I am a part time resident of the area, and I will always try to go by on a Saturday to see what I might find! read more

We love the variety of items in the shop and look forward each week to new to store merchandise they have acquired. Prices are reasonable considering the quality and where the items have came from and you can even score some really good deals on items for low prices as well. The owners are super nice. Some items are used, some new in package and tagged, some are items used for sets or staging at Disney or within their hotels. They do not misrepresent the merchandise and no one is forcing you to buy, either you want it or not. It's definitely worth stopping in for a stroll and you may find something you just can't leave without. read more

Visited for the first time a couple weeks ago. They had the pillows from the Polynesian Resort that I had been looking for for years, and they were very reasonably priced. We also purchased a piece of art work from the Caribbean Beach Resort. Their selection was amazing. They were also very caring. I am a wheelchair user and many times salvage or vintage shops are not very accessible. They made a point of saying that if I had an trouble getting round they would move things if necessary. Super friendly and a great selection, we will most definitely be back and would highly recommend to any Disney fans. You won't be disappointed! read more
