The quote in writing with proof of insurance was emailed within an hour of Dextre's first visit. Time for removal was established and kept as promised. The 6 man crew arrived 20 minutes earlier than promised on removal day, they set-up and an hour later all the wood and debris had been completely removed. This is a mixed review: I hired Abortech to remove a large…read moretree (Bradford Pear) to trim 2 similar trees, and to remove the tree stump from the tree, all in the front yard. I was VERY happy with the work done by the 2 men who removed the tree, trimmed the 2 others, and CLEANED UP the yard thoroughly after their work was done -- you would never even know that extensive work was done that day. I am, however, EXTREMELY UNHAPPY with the tree stump removal (IN THE FRONT YARD!!!). The stump grinding created a great big HOLE in the ground and a HUGE pile of dirt and ground tree stump right next to the hole. He told men that they "never fill in the holes", that's up to the homeowner to do! I am a woman, 77 years old, disabled, and walk, in great pain, with a cane -- and I was left with a great big hole and a huge plle of dirt TO FILL IN MYSELF !! Now I have to find someone to PAY to fill in that hole. IF I HAD KNOWN THAT ARBORTECH NEVER INTENDED TO COMPLETE THE JOB, OR THAT THIS WAS THEIR "STANDARD PRACTICE", I WOULD NOT HAVE PAID (WAAAY TOO MUCH!!!) $425 to have one small-to-medium stump ground!!!! And I am left with an unsightly mess on my front lawn. This was a huge ripoff, and not worth the money.

He came out the same day. He gave me a fair quote for pruning of my trees. He came two days later to do the job. He came in a timely manner, did a thorough job (trees looked so much better), and cleaned up the debris. Paul is extremely friendly and has an outgoing personality. He is highly professional, honest, and takes pride in doing a job well. I would highly recommend his services.

This guy is a scammer. Took a $400 deposit from me & never came over to do the job. Excuse after…read moreexcuse. He initially gave me a quote in Oct 2025 & led me to believe he would be back the following week to do the job. Wanted $600 deposit at first but I said I could only give him $400 thank God or I would be out more. He never answers the phone until you text him then continues to say he is fixing his lift. I gave him until April 30th which is a 6 month timeframe to tell me when he would do the job or return my deposit. He never phoned or texted & I realize that he is not going to give the deposit back or do the job. Stay away from this guy. He comes off as legit but definitely is not.
