When I tried on the second pair I felt something pointy on my leg as I pulled them up and found one of the circle ink tags without the back on... meaning the open tac was sticking straight out and was in the pocket of the pants ready to harm the next person who tried them on---unlucky me! I now have a cut from my knee to ankle that for all I know could be infected with something from another customer because needles and blood are no joke and a serious biohazard. When I told the lady in the changing room she just shrugged me off. I will be reaching out to higher ups about the lack of safety and negligence of their workers. She asks for the world's opinion, and I even felt embarrassed, but family is family and that's just who she is. So being herself, she took down two of the different types of skinny jeans from the shelf to examine them and decide on which pair to get. When she had a question or inquired about a size, I politely asked the guy. However, my cousin told me at one point, he scoffed and shook his head at us because oh I'm sorry, we ruined the pile of jeans that he just folded. I wouldn't be having this attitude if his manners weren't so bad that day. I don't work there so 1) I wouldn't know how to fold it the exact same way and 2) I am five feet, hence vertically challenged. I sure hope he knows what he got himself into when he took this job. It is not just standing there looking pretty and one way or another, he will have to fold the clothes. It was a weekday when we visited and we were the only customers at that time. As soon as I walked in I felt uneasy like all of the employees were being forced to stay there by the boss. The "manager" Michael has absolutely no idea how to run a store or treat a human being. The manager came running over yelling at and reprimanding two of the employees for looking up something on their phone; they were looking up something to help me. This is not how you treat people.
