Forever 21 always has nice affordable trending clothing and accessories. I gained a lot of weight so I don't shop here for myself anymore. I'm always happy when my teenager finds something she likes, because it could have costed more in another store. Shopping today, I had no issues. I'd definitely come back. read more

Never buy at any Forever 21 store. After get my card cancelled because they kept charging me fees and interest of no purchase they keep charging every month and say"there's nothing we can do for you to stop from charging you those fees. At store nobody knows anything, the manager doesn't even know how to use their system. Ah, they hang up on you when you dispute transactions. read more

I came here today to get workout clothes since I work at a gym now and need leggings with pockets! This store was clean at the time i went (around 11 am on a Saturday). They had a large selection if leggings, however many of them did not come in a size small! (What up with your sizes forever21 you have 100 mediums cant you carry like 2 smalls?!) The main issue here though was the customer service. I waited in line probably 20 minutes while one girl rang people out and two other girls stood at the registers and did nothing. One girl literally looked at the line then walked the other way. The girl at the register was nice, and she was trying her best. If you see a line though you really should jump In there, especially if you are not busy. That is just good customer service. read more

I last went to this store about 1 month ago. It was ridiculously unkept. I mean shockingly disorganized. The only halfway decent sections were in the front when you first walked in. But after you walked past the window fixtures the entire store was messy and clothes were not in any particular place. I wanted to buy something but I would have to search through everything to find different sizes. I think the store has a major problem with either staffing and/or adequate management. They definitely need more staff to keep the store more organized during the day. read more

Attempted to return an item I paid full price for that was not on sale with the receipt and card originally used because the item was defective. The very unprofessional manager whose name was GEORGE/ JORGE proceeded to call me a liar and stated I was the individual who damaged the item because many customers have bought the item but have never returned it. He insisted that he would never sell a defective or damaged item, even though he was not the individual who was the cashier at the time of purchase according to my receipt and further insisted that I was being deceptive. According to simple statistics and probability, there is at least 0.01% chance of receiving a defective item in a batch of 100. I was more than willing to accept a store credit or exchange the item and he refused. I am very disappointed as I have been shopping at this location for a very long time and have never dealt with this kind of unprofessionalism and degradation of character. I will be contacting the corporate office as this is the epitome of what a manager should not be. read more

Had purchased a few items on-line for a gift. Since the store always seems unorganized. Items don't fit. Store policy is 30 day return and online also (which i understand for cash/credit return) I tried to return items with tags and receipt for another item. I was told because i was 2 weeks past the 30 days the items can not be returned at all. Oh and the 30 days goes to the day you order the product not when you actually receive the product. I have reached out to the store and online to customer service. So now i have $65. worth of stuff that does not fit. Will not be shopping here again. read more

I have been a fan of Forever 21 for a long time now and have never been disappointed in this store. I love how there are different rooms for each style that they are displaying whether it be their line Love21 or their more fancy side with dress's for special occasions. If I am ever looking for something to wear to a party, job interview, or just a casual day I always head to this store. The prices are cheap and the quality is good. I recently just bought a pair of wedges for a wedding that are amazing, and I got so many compliments on. I definitely tell everyone if they are in need of finding something fashionable and cute, head to Forever 21! read more

these cloths rip or come un-done after 1 wash. Do not bother. Their jeans will tear probably after the third or fourth time you wear them. Panties last 1 or 2 days. The jewelry is all fake so if you buy something there, expect to have green skin. read more

sale staff were very unfriendly and borderline rude. we asked kindly for one worker to take down a shirt for us and she gave us an attitude. the cashiers were very slow, taking 15-20 minutes for one transaction when there was only 2 people working and a huge line. it was extremely hard to indentify staff because they don't wear name tags. waiting 30 minutes in line when 90% of the employees were standing around and not helping anybody. they were also dressed very unprofessionally. read more
