If you work around the store you will notice multiple boxes sitting around the floor. About 6 months ago the store was getting renovated in the fitting room area, if you were too pass it by It looked like a warehouse. Also, the registers on the second floor are just there, usually used as storage. The store overall looks very unorganized and dirty. The management clearly not working enough on improving this location. Mall parking is free and easy to park. Food court has anything from Aunties to Popeyes. We all know that Forever 21 makes really cheap clothes, which is why I bought all of my pregnancy shorts here. They're disposable (or, the very least, great for the donation bin). Shopping at this store is a tortuous experience. Not only is the store a complete mess with absolutely no organization, the employees are anything but customer-friendly. If you find something you like but it's not in your size, it's next to impossible to find another like it in the correct size. I made the mistake of having to return something at the store not realizing their awful return policy- no refunds, only store credit- which is pretty horrible. So if you're not happy with your purchase, too bad, you're stuck with it or exchange it for some other piece of cheaply made junk that will fall apart quickly. I remember several years ago when the store had some nice items, now it's completely gone downhill. It's hard to imagine the quality getting any worse! But who knows, they'll probably find a way. On a recent visit to the store where I had to use up a gift card, I saw what could only be described as a disaster zone. Clothes were sloppily hung and just thrown anywhere, including the FLOOR - which was littered with dozens of pieces of clothing in any one section of the store. I wouldn't consider myself the most organized person, but I was horrified at what appeared as though someone had actually thrown the contents of a dumpster all over the floor. It's no exaggeration to say this store had zero organization. I spoke to an employee about the messy state of the store to which she replied that other customers were to blame for throwing things on the floor. Yes, there are certainly rude customers that just don't care and act like slobs. But at some point the store and its employees need to take responsibility and do their jobs! Very disappointed in the pig sty environment, the complete lack of any attempt to organize the merchandise, and the unprofessional, irresponsible attitude exhibited by the employee I spoke with. I can't imagine returning to this store for any reason as long as it continues to have no standards regarding courtesy and providing something resembling a pleasant shopping experience. read more

Horrible customer service! Desiree tried but her manager denied her attempt to provide me with good customer service by allowing a $19 exchange so I could purchase $120 worth of items because it was past the due date for returning the item. Store policy or not, the amount of money I spend here should be worth something. Time to move on to a better store that appreciates me as a customer! Store was super messy with tons of clothing all over the floors as I perused. They should focus more on customer service and cleanliness. The store is an absolute disaster. Items don't reflect sale pricing despite being on tables with sale signs. Accessories tables are very sloppy, and clothes litter the floor between racks. Very underwhelming and disappointing experience. read more

Plus-sizes are just thrown in a dark corner, mixed in with other smaller sizes. Very small selection, won't be shopping here anymore. It's gone from bad to even worse. read more

I've been to a lot of Forever 21s and this is probably the worst I have been to. The selection is small compared to other stores, and always, always disorganized. Things are just put on the shelves randomly. If you see a shirt you like on a mannequin outside the store, only God knows where you can find it inside the store. The return policy is shitty but that goes for Forever 21s nationwide so I can't really blame this store for t hat. read more

The customer service is horrifying, I bought a bunch of items and the lady forgot to ring some of it up and then gave me attitude, the manager wasn't very friendly either... very distracted and limited sense of customer service. none of the clothes were in the right order, it is very disorganized. read more

They kicked me out at 8:50 even though they don't close until 9. The lady was so rude about it and I wasn't even going to try anything on.
